My recent experience of having brunch with a friend here was one of the very best. I've been several times over the years and always had delicious food but the latest was way above expectations. I was hesitant to get the brisket pho for brunch at first but wow was I happy with my choice. This dish was expertly created with their fall-apart melt in your mouth brisket, a fried egg and a toasted bagel to top it off. Some of the typical pho toppings like bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, and jalapeños, made this dish taste quite familiar, yet having this brunch version was interesting. I love the take on one of my favorite Asian dishes and had never seen it brunchetized before. I would highly recommend to any pho lovers who are open to a unique take on this Vietnamese cuisine to give this a try.

What a hidden gem! I had no idea County Club was so close to me, but I'm so glad I discovered it. The vibes are fantastic, with cozy seating both inside and outside. Our server was exceptional--very informative about the menu, attentive, and offered great drink recommendations that really enhanced our experience. I ordered the smash burger with a side of fries, seasoned with Oaxacan spices, and let me tell you, those fries were the highlight! The seasoning was a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. We also tried the pork pita, which I highly recommend--it was absolutely delicious! To top it off, we enjoyed some post-dinner cocktails that were equally wonderful. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu!

Was able to check out their brunch menu on a Sunday. It's the only day they're open during this time. I really like the venue and the outdoor space. The menu is small but lots of different items. The staff was very pleasant. The bathrooms were very clean. I wish they had had some diet soft drink options. And my companion asked me to put in my review the recommendation that hooks be added to the high top tables for purses. My companion ordered brunch, I ordered the smoked wings with the garlic sauce,. Both were great. I also recommend the pimento cheese appetizer.

I love the ambiance here! The menu is pretty limited and they have bratwurst on Wednesday only and I wish it was on the menu everyday. Very hip place!

This is a great place to go for a casual dinner. They have both interior and exterior options available. The staff here are very efficient and helpful. We ordered a couple of things to share and were pleased with the outcome. The dry smoked chicken wings were perfect! The quesarito was quite filling, and the margaritas were refreshing.

Great casual spot for a group! We were in town for the day and went here because we needed somewhere dog friendly for our pup, and there's not many places in Lexington. The outdoor area is massive and great for large groups - we were seated on a gravel/pebble area and our dog got extremely dusty, but she seemed to enjoy the environment. We went right at opening and were immediately seated -- this probably wouldn't have been the case if we arrived ~30 minutes after... it got packed! The service was prompt even with the crowd and our large party -- we weren't rushed but didn't have to wait long at all for anything. The food was good, pretty much what you'd expect for the prices. Very reasonable! Great shareables and drink offerings. Overall, a good spot to check out! I'm glad we went (and it was perfect for our dog).

How is the world have I forgotten to write a review for this place?! It's a great spot with some of the best smoked meats in town, which... that's saying a lot when you compare to some of our other options like Blue Door! Pros: great food, amazing specials (if there's a special drink or sandwich, I strongly recommend you get it). Also, it's really close to West Sixth and Jefferson St Coffee! Cons: small indoor space, so there can be a wait.

Been a fan of this place for years, but dining here in the time of COVID has been truly impressive. All take out or patio dining, which is well spaced and well lit. The food is killing it as always, today we had the pastrami sandwich, the brisket sandwich, and the breeder's cup poutine. All were phenomenal, the pastrami is the best I have had in lexington, and the poutine was heavenly, with a spicy maple syrup gravy, perfectly seared Canadian bacon, and just the right amount of melt on the curds. Their take out packaging is on point. The poutine came with separate pour-over gravy and syrup so the crispy fries didnt arrive soggy. They also are using all compostable take out materials, including packaging, forks/knives, and bag. Overall very impressed, but not surprised that this place is doing things right. Safe dining/takeout that is both delicious and done with environmental conscience.

Nice place. Has a small indoor area but a large covered outdoor area. They had some unique drinks to try, and I really enjoyed their Bahn Mi sandwich. That pork belly was on point!

Don't know how I haven't stepped in sooner! Food: Delicious, you are able to see your meal being prepared by the chef and staff. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and my friend ordered the pork sandwich! We shared sweet potatoes as our side. The potatoes were perfectly tendered and glazed, they were placed on a miso and turnip(?) puree that was salty by itself but paired well with the glaze. The housemade pickles were amazing, the brisket was tender and juicy. Great smoke and bark. I had a bite of the pork and that was to die for. Pricing: Very reasonable prices for the food and quality they offer. For our meal, excluding drinks, came out to be shy of $30. Parking: Unsure if they have a private lot, I just parked across the street from the park. Space: Cute cozy space, the restaurant is very small!! They have outdoor seating as well. I came for dinner around 6:30? There wasn't a line but the restaurant was definitely at capacity so we clsat at the bar. Cocktails: they have a bar, and a cocktail selection but I wasn't in the drinking mood that night. 5/5, will come again! Thanks County Club

Definitely one of my favorite spots in Lexington. Great food, low-key atmosphere, pretty decent cocktails too.

For me, I try to find or discover what sets a business apart from other of its competitors. I watch for the special touches that prove a business is going out of its way to cater to their customer. Today I found it as this establishment. My wife and I arrived during a very busy lunch rush. When we walked in, there were no tables available. With confidence, I ordered our meal. While we were doing so, a table opened and we were able to dine in. Let me start with the only negative of the whole experience. Parking. Parking lot was full. (Usually means a lot of people think its a good place to eat). Enough said. We found parking, but it was at a premium when we were there. Upon entering the establishment and finding it full of lunch goers, I expected some level of disarray. There was none. There was a plethora of people behind the counter. We were greeted upon arrival. I ordered a regular Italian sandwich made Mike's way. As usual, the sandwich was filled with meat and the goodies. I've never gotten a slack sandwich from a Jersey Mike's. My wife has a very prolific sensitivity to gluten and one of the reasons we eat at Jersey Mike's is because they have gluten free deli rolls. Here is where I found what sets this establishment, and all Jersey Mike's aside from other culinary competitors of its type. Upon understanding my wife's need for safe food, the gentleman who had made my sandwich began making my wife's sandwich. That included wiping all the crumbs from the counter, wiping down the utensils and making sure that he changed his gloves. There was a very deliberate effort made to ensure that my wife's sandwich was safe and enjoyable for her to eat. After cleaning the entire workspace and donning new gloves, this employee finished crafting my wife's sandwich with the same care and concern that he had made mine. Despite the work involved with providing her this product, our wait time was not affected. Our food was made quickly and according to our desires. While this was happening, someone in the staff cleaned a table that had become unoccupied, and my wife and I sat down at a clean table to enjoy our meal. The soda fountain was clean, and our beverages were dispensed correctly. I highly recommend the cream soda. It is delicious and not too sweet. As we ate, tables would clear and almost immediately, as if they were waiting to pounce, someone would come out and clean the table and prepare it for the next guest. The floor was clean. The windows were clean. The kitchen was clean. Trash cans were emptied and not overflowing despite how busy things were. Guess where I went next? Back to the restrooms I trotted myself, for no other purpose... than finding them clean as well. While we were there, there was a steady line of to go orders going out the door. Each customer was greeted, even if they were going to dash. While we were eating, someone checked on us to make sure we were happy with our meal. My wife and I had a pleasant lunch date together and felt safe and comfortable eating here. The counter was well staffed, the food was good and the quality of the product for the money was worth it. Despite how busy it was, there was a friendly, bustling ambience. People seemed genuinely excited to be dining there. Smiles and laughter abounded from different tables. For a very busy, inner-city store, this Jersey Mike's is rocking it! My wife and I will eat here again and enjoy other lunch dates to this location. This location is handicap accessible without issue.

Inside was cozy and a great spot to set up to work. They had plenty of outlets near tables to plug in your laptop. Convenient location! Also have to note the matcha is not pre-sweetened which I prefer. I don't like syrups or sweetener in my matcha and too often coffee shops will use a pre sweetened drink mix. I did ask the girl at the counter and she told me she thought they were from Queens. She did confirm with someone named Nate. This is where it kind of goes sideways for me he was very dismissive about it when I told him I was born and raised in Queens. Both girls at the counter on the other hand were super friendly and helpful. Would I go back again? I would because I'm all for supporting small businesses especially when their coffee is that good. Would I care to speak with Nate again? Absolutely not.
