Talked to management...they will not do anything because it left the store...no one buys tainted pork ribs on purpose. I have shopped there for 5 yrs and not had a problem. Quality is not Sioux Falls or Brookings...but they are close and local... Between the arrogant young lady that did not help me and the unresponsive store manager...I am sure that I can spend a lot less there than previously..... You can lose a lot of business over a ten dollar item...hope that they read this. You might have a monopoly in Madison...but you will make a lot less off me.

The lady working in the kitchen area put both drinks UNCOVERED in an extremely flimsy carrier. When I turned to go finish shopping, both smoothies dropped on the floor from the carrier and exploded everywhere. It got on an employee, an older couple ordering food, my BRAND NEW shoes, my sweatshirt, pants & white socks and stained them all. Not once did any of the 5 employees offer to help or apologize, except one. He says "What kind of smoothies were they" I proceeded to say that I will pass, as I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for someone to make them for them to spill again. I hope someone from co op sees this and can make things right.
