I had my ring back in 4 business days which was just amazing because there wasn't even an extra charge for it. My mother gave me a coupon that she had received. I'm not sure where she got it, but keep an eye out for it if you want a small discount on repair work here. The staff was super friendly, very helpful and fully explained what they would have to do to fix my rings. So glad I waited until I came to town to get the work done here. Not even 10 minutes after leaving they call me to tell me they can't take it because of its gem stone type. I am upset because I explained clearly what it is a week prior over the phone, reading from the report it came in with.. Luckily I didn't have to pay the $150-175 to appraise and just picked it up when I was able to. I'd prefer not to drive all this way, and waste my time. I actually liked some of their jewelry and was planning on going back to pick some out. I will not be doing that. It honestly felt like they just wanted another person on their list to send ads to through email or text from the form I filled out.
