I just had the worst experience with this florist. I ordered a Christmas Arrangement on 12/23/25 in the afternoon but very close to where the delivery was for. I received an email confirming the order. Well No flowers showed up. Today, 12/26/25 I call and call no answer then finally someone answers and says "Oh, we cancelled and refunded that order." I say when were you going to let me know and they say they sent an email well I never received it. So I checked my cc and yes they refunded it on the day of the charge but I had no way of knowing. On March 30, 2024, I left a wonderful review for County Line Rose Florist on their website. My name is Linda and I previously purchased the Vibrant Violets Garden. Check out that review and you will see that I am not a chronic complainer. In fact, I hate to write a bad review and very seldom do. County Line Rose has now given me the worst experience I have ever had receiving flowers. Mother's Day flowers were ordered online May 5 for delivery on the 11th. They were not delivered by 4:00 so I called and Dave promised that they would be there in 15 minutes. They never came. I phoned again the next morning and he insisted they had been delivered. My family was there all day and there were no deliveries. All the neighbors know my 92 year old mom so if they were accidentally delivered elsewhere my mom would have still received them. Dave finally said he would make good and personally would make her a beautiful arrangement and deliver himself. The Perfect Peruvian Lilies Deluxe ($71.95) that were finally delivered a day late were anything but perfect. They looked like they had been pulled from someones trash. There was a serious lack in number of lilies and it was mostly filled in with tons of overbearing green leaves! On top of that, half were basically dead and the other half were terribly wilted! Absolutely sad looking and a atrocious rip off! County Line Rose Florist is a shabby, horrible company that don't care about it's customers as long as they make a buck. Beware as Dave has a silver tongue and will made false promises hoping to pacifie you. Pictures are what my arrangement looked like at arrival and what they should have looked like. Do not recommend! I ordered flowers for my mother (locally) and my aunt (out of state) through From You Flowers to thank them for taking care of me while I recovered from breast cancer surgery. I ordered the same exact floral arrangement for both of them and paid for the upgraded premium bouquets. The premium picture online was beautiful, large and full. My aunts order was obviously not prepared by the same florist as she lives up north. However, she received exactly what I paid for - a full, premium sized, beautiful arrangement. My mother's flowers were fulfilled by County Line Rose Florist and were a huge disappointment. Not only were they late but they were the smallest arrangement of flowers, certainly not what you would expect for a premium order. I called County Line Rose Florist and spoke to a gentleman that assured me he would correct the issue and resend another bouquet to my mother the following day. When I asked if he could call me back to confirm that the additional arrangement was being sent, he scoffed and said "it's being sent, that's what we do." Well clearly it's not because that was Monday 12/4, today is Sunday 12/10 and to date the additional arrangement still hasn't been sent. I was helping my daughter plan a baby shower scheduled for 11/10/18. I contacted Nancy at County Line Rose Florist a month or so before from NY. She immediately understood our vision for the centerpieces. On the day of the shower, Dave delivered the flowers at the scheduled time. The centerpieces were so beautiful and fresh the guests all commented and wanted to take them home! We could not be more pleased with the friendly service and attention to detail in our arrangements! Worst experience receiving flowers ever! Mother's Day flowers were ordered on May 6 for delivery on May 10th. They were delivered at 7:15 PM on Mother's Day (May 12th). They looked like they had been crammed into the vase and some of the flowers were dead within two days even though I changed the water. Thankfully my daughter complained enough and received a full refund but I would never do business with this florist again. read more

Wish I could have a negative star review...I ordered a lovely bouquet online for my sisters birthday and could not be more disappointed upon receiving the flowers. The bouquet was mostly leaves and contained half of the flowers that should have been placed in it. I called the lovely owner and was told I was a liar and that her stock was low and she improvised. I was also told that the picture online is "photoshopped" and I should not have expected what is advertised online. Seriously? DO NOT order from these hacks unless you want a headache dealing with awful people and you want half of what you pay for!! read more

County Line Rose has been my florist for a few years now. They have always been very great priced and always on time with deliveries. The best part about County Line Rose is that you are able to call up, tell them what you want and they always exceed my expectations. I have used other florists before that tell you their flowers will last a week but have never seen them stay fresh that long. County Line Roses flowers look amazing even after a week. You truely get a great arrangement and service for the price. Thanks for always making a tough experience for a man, so easy. read more

I had the worst experience from such a rude person! I ordered a flower arrangement online for a memorial for my Mother.. I ordered 2 weeks prior and I spent money on a early delivery. When they didn't show up I tracked them down to find out that the florist was only 5 mins up the street from where they needed to be delivered. When I called to find out why the flowers were late? I was told it was because I ordered from a Chinese company online.. What the heck does that have to do with anything? Flowers finally showed up 6 hours late.. half dead from being without water all day.. and the card looked like it was written by a 2nd grader!!! I was so upset!! it was so unprofessional and when he showed at the door.. No Apology just excuses that it was my fault for ordering from a Chinese online service!! But doesn't he get paid to fill the orders that come in from these companies??.. so how is this anyone's fault but his! Especially when you had 2 weeks to be prepared!!!! I really wish I didn't have to rate this place with a star cause this guy really needs a raspberry for being a complete jerk on a what was supposed to be a respectable day for my Mother!
