Wonderful veterinary practice. Unfortunately we moved. They are amazing. We will miss them.

Dr Stockhard staff is extremely rude and unprofessional . They sent me a notice that the doctor will not treat my pet any longer due to that I was questioning why the medication prescribed to my pet price was raised in two weeks and they gave me three different reasons that made no sense. So they emailed me that that I need to find a new vet after 15 years with Dr. Stockhard ? The email wasnt even signed by the staff employee. How does a doctor allow this behavior with his staff and not be concerned about his patient over there personal attitude towards the patients owner? LMC read more

the front desk is rude and belligerent. the fd mannager is as rude as the 1st person i spoke to. the 1st first desk clerk made a terrible rude sound over the phone when she found out i lived near monroe not close to them. front desk nanager, danielle, denied denied denied everything, and as rude as 1st person . telling me i was wrong. they are on yelp, i called the number listed on yelp, and they made it out that was a wrong number. funny, i reached them both times with that number. thanks for not helping with a sick animal. read more

Horrible! I have been going to this vet for about 2 years spending thousands and thousands of dollars on my 3 dogs, today I went in and asked a simple question about my bill because my last visit I had brought my dog in for all her shots they told me they could NOT give my dog her heartworm medication without doing a heartworm test, so they called me on Monday to let me know the test had came back negative but they never asked me to come in and get the shot so I looked on her records and they had given her the shot the same day they took the test, I found it funny because I specifically told them I would like to save the $50 since my bill for the day was already over $1000. I never said anything so today when I went into pick up some meds refills I asked about the bill, I didn't yell or raise my voice I only asked my question, the manager Danielle didn't know the answer so she went to ask the doctor in which time I left because it wasn't a big deal. They then called me after I left and told me I would need to find a new vet. They didn't have the doctor call me and talk to me first or anything, it was disgusting how they just kicked me out after only one time of ever asking a simple question regarding my bill. They are overpriced, there sole purpose is to make money, they don't care about your pets they don't care about people's budgets, they just do whatever they can to force you to waste money and god forbid you ever ask a question in front of another customer YOU WILL GET KICKED OUT!! They had no loyalty to me or respect to the thousands and thousands and thousands I had spent with there office, they didn't care about the well being of my pets, they just pridefully kicked me out for asking a question regarding my bill because another customer was sitting in the waiting room and the girl didn't know the answer to my question so they just kicked me out. It was disgusting, disrespectful and a horrible horrible way of doing business. I went back to get my records and they locked me out of the office, it was such a kick in the face after wasting so much money with them that they would just throw away me and my pets because I asked a simple question regarding a bill, mind you this was the ONLY time I ever asked them a question regarding my bill. It was just disgusting!! If you want to waste your money and be forced into wasting money and be treated like an animal this is the vet for you!! read more

My pups were just great. Recovered nicely and were handled by the team just great. I would recommend this organization for anyone seeking this type of service. County line vet was recommended to me by a friend. We've been going there almost a year now (I have a 10 month old puppy). Dr. Stockett and the staff are all great- as a new puppy owner I wasn't sure what to expect but everyone is very friendly and helpful- it takes the anxiety out of the situation. My pup is always happy to walk right in and the staff is very patient with her as she doesn't like to be weighed. This staff at County Line Veterinary Hospital is amazing! Always able to squeeze my pets in for visits when needed. Dr. Stockett's diagnosis is spot on with any medical issues we incur and 100% cured with the first round of antibiotics. I used to live five minutes from the Hospital, now reside 25 minutes away and still make that commute for our pets knowing they are in great hands. Highly recommend! read more

Dr. Stockett and staff are absolutely wonderful. They saved the life of our dog, who had heartworm. Our dog went through the treatments, and these treatments were not easy, and everyone was so loving and kind to him during his ordeal. They saved his life. We are eternally grateful. So is our dog! They have provided so much help in our adopting three feral kittens. They worked with us to spay, neuter and chip them. They even helped us with the Papa Cat who was neutered but he's an alley cat - strictly a tom cat who is not having any of domestication. Soon Mama Cat will be neutered and hopefully, we won't have a new group of kittens born. read more

Dr Stockett and his staff are the epitome of what I was looking for in a veterinary office. My cat is going to be 17 and is very shy and timid. They took the time to get her comfortable and relaxed. They showed me how to trim her nails and clean her ears at home. She had been vomiting and we were very concerned, they took blood work and had results in 2 days. This Vet charged my elderly mother large amounts to keep her 14 year old incontinent, deaf, blind dog alive. My brother took the dog to another vet, who determined it was way beyond time for the dog to be put down. The Vet also ran a large number of tests on the dog. This is unacceptable. read more

This is a wonderful veterinary office! They are very accommodating in scheduling, very thorough in exam and very prompt with test results. The office and exam rooms are clean and well maintained; the staff greets everyone warmly. They never shy away from questions or concerns (even some dumb ones I've had). Everyone I know that has used Dr. Stockett and crew has had nothing but good things to report. Their pricing is on par with other vets I've seen, based on the basic services I've used for them so far. I do know a friend with a chronically ill pet was very happy with the pricing of their care, if that is a help. Really a great staff and a nice office. M y son took his Guinness pig to this vet. The Guinness pig was very sick and not eating. They gave it antibiotics and eye drops. The vet cut Guinness pigs nails and charged $18.00. the Guinness pig was almost dead. They charged $165.00. Highway robbers. The Guinness pig is no better and dying. read more

Every time we are in need, or just for check ups, they are amazingly helpful. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Our family has had an amazing experience! We are very pleased with County Line Veterinary Hospital. The entire staff, not just the doctor, genuinely cares about our dog's well being. We are able to communicate freely and quickly get answers to questions. The doctor and his staff went above and beyond when my cat was very ill.
