All my statements are accurate to the best of my knowledge and based with documentation alineing with AZ Law and Family Court guidelines. This review reflects my personal experience with the family court system and the impact it has had on my children and me. Several judicial decisions in my case left me feeling unheard ( Silanced), unprotected (DV), and deeply concerned about the outcome for my family. I had presented evidence supporting my position, yet rulings were made that I felt did not adequately address the risks and issues I raised. As a result, I experienced a loss of confidence in the process ( who I have mentioned ) and its ability to protect vulnerable families. DV survivors or trying to survive. One judge approved an Order of Protection that was necessary for my safety with a confession. Another judge later reached a different conclusion with no evidence. While I respect that judges have discretion in interpreting the law and evidence, the conflicting decisions were difficult to understand and had significant consequences for my family. I also encountered procedural requirements that, in my opinion, made it more difficult to present information that was videl important to the court's consideration. ( personal preferences on formatting ) Throughout these proceedings, my children experienced considerable emotional hardship, which remains my greatest concern, untreated childhood PTSD. I am pursuing the legal avenues available to me because I believe the decisions in my case should be reviewed, Michelle benched with a full investigation, a qualified Horrible Judge. My hope is that future improvements to the system will ensure that all parties are heard fairly and that the well-being of children remains a central priority and our system is outdated to today's level of malicious and malevolence. However, it helps with the process when the staff are kind and willing to assist in the manner they are able. Most clerks/customer service employees here cannot answer certain questions or provide advise that may teeter into "legal advice territory" which is completely understandable when they're not practicing attorneys and are to remain neutral in the cases. However, they can answer some questions and especially if one is careful in how the question is framed. I have been to this court a few times, it feels lighter than the ones down town (for obvious (to me) reasons), I don't mind coming up here when I have to and when I do, I leave feeling a little more at ease than when I first arrived. Today, the same was true. Be patient, be kind, and remember these are our public service workers and they do their very best, I believe.

Very professional metal detector (wand)...All good. The pro bono lawyer was excellent, and I learned more in that ten minute session...than the last few years. Lol. The review would have been a two stars...but the very nice lady at window 1 where you file divorce papers, the amazing lawyer who filled me in on a few things, and the security being exceptional...earned another star. Lots of pokestops in the area too! Lol

I'm here with a friend of mine for a court date. When we went through security I had my medication…read moreon me percribed by my doctor. I was immediately ask what the medication was and why I receive it. I openly told them what the medication was to stop them from handling the pills. Although, I wasn't willing to tell the why I take it. I told them I would show them it was percribed to me and the reason isn't any of their buissness. I was told by a officer they would have to take the medication and lock it up. I ended up calling for a supervisor and had to jump through hoops including pulling up what medication is typically percribed for via my phone. This seems like a huge hippa violation. Government shouldn't be able to ask why you take medication. Anyways, I was disappointed and didn't feel this was keeping anyone safe or a reasonable request.

We also visited the law library, which was very clean and all of the employees there were very friendly. After one person finished using the printer area an employee went over and wiped everything down and made sure everything was neat and organized. Overall, we had a great experience. Not completely sure the purpose since you can't use your arm to open it but I guess if it was a hot day, it would be helpful. Upon entering you not only have to walk through the metal detector, & have your personal effects go through the imaging machine but before you walk through the metal detector, you scan your wrist for temperature check. The staffer at the window greeted me, asked me questions and gave me the proper #. Then she said have a nice day. I never waited more that 10 minutes to get called to the service window. :Hello how may I help you?: explained what I as doing and turned over the papers. Paid my fee, got 2 copies as part of the deal. SIMPLE --- kind, compassionate, fast efficient. Some notes-- the clerks dont like staples. They have to pull them out to scan the document. Second a filing coversheet tells the clerk exactly what's in the packet. Think---how can you make the clerk's life easier. This place is amazing. As I suggested separate the "why i am here" from the "how was I treated at the clerk".
