For those of us accustomed to & craving a little spice, ask for some hot sauce bc this was very mild in all categories of spice. But it's rare that you can find a pizza with loaded toppings & a crisp crust but here it was! Service was efficient & not too intrusive but still attentive. County Pie has fantastic Pizza! We stumbled upon this location while searching for pizza in Natchez. We started with the Hatch Green Chile Queso and finished with a County Line Pizza. I'm very aware that living in New Mexico for the past 23 years i am a green Chile snob. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Hatch green Chile is from Hatch New Mexico. It's a place not just a brand. I tell you that to tell you this; the queso was very good but I did not taste nor see any green Chile in the queso. Would I order it again? Absolutely! Super fresh ! Loved the shrimp boat pizza with added fresh jalapeños. We arrived just before 9:00 and were alerted that they closed at 10:00 pm but the kitchen closed at 9:00 pm but weren't rushed and the staff were super friendly. We took all of 5 minutes to choose the medium Shrimp Boat pizza and added fresh jalapeños. The pizza came out hot, fresh and super delicious. Everything was fresh from the shrimp which can be difficult to get right on a pizza to the diced peppers were perfectly cooked and well seasoned and the crust was crispy and had just the right amount of chew. Even though this proved to be a quick dinner on the way home we will definitely make an effort to get to County Pie more often. read more

Having driven from Houston to Natchez and staying at a local hotel, we wanted some pizza and salad. We found Country Pie Pizza Company on Yelp and saw that they were only open for drive thru pick up. That was fine as we were tired from driving. However, when we showed up to pick up our order, they were actually open for dine in. The girl who brought out our order was so kind to provide everything we needed to eat back at our hotel-plenty of napkins, utensils and condiments. She knew we were traveling and asked about our travels and was very friendly and kind. Our pizza was delicious-a small pepperoni, green olive and onion. We each ordered a Caesar salad, not knowing how big they were. One salad could definitely feed 2 people. The salads were so fresh, with plenty of beautiful grated Parmesan cheese and croutons. First time trying pizza from this snazzy new parlor. Toppings: generous, good (got the "everything" pizza"). Sauce and cheese: okay. Both were about average plus a little. However, the crust-- something was wrong. If you've ever baked a pizza with dough with no "rising" in it (baking powder), then you'll know this crust-- very flat, very dense, very chewy. This happens also if the crust is underdone, but that wasn't the case here, since the crust bottom was browned. So, something was wrong with the crust dough. So dense and chewy it was hard to chew up. Probably won't go back (I don't like chains much, but Pizza Hut pizzas are superior to this). read more
