I know this because I have a client who gets her medicine delivered from them and she lives in assisted-living by Lassale trine. They also have cards as well as other types of toiletries and pharmacy items you need like powder or cream more that type of stuff. I went in yesterday and they have now put in a eyeglass store so you can bring your prescriptions in and pick up the eyeglasses and stuff and have them filled so it's kind like one stop shopping type of thing. If you're having an issue with a an essential refill you're out of luck speaking with someone unless you drive to the pharmacy and wait in line. This happened to me Last week. I called today to refill a prescription and I couldn't get the self service to recognize voice commands or key entry's. The best part of it is instead of transferring me it hangs up. They don't care about the personal service. I'll find a small pharmacy where the people care about you. Now we are just meat in a grinder for these Large corporations. They don't care if you go days without your meds almost like they're saving money.

Full parking lot at the busy intersection of Routes 1, 1A, and 120 (convenient location too!). Staff are friendly and store was just renovated completely to follow suit of the new, modern CVS locations. It's very spacious and fully stocked regularly. For reference, this store has had everything in stock I was in search of on both occasions I visited. Decent staff and enough registers open even when it's busy (which is regularly). Cannot comment on service from the pharmacy since I don't use it. Seems decent overall... nothing terribly disappointing by any means. 4 stars.

Unfortunately we just found out recently that the store will be closing at the end of November it will truly be a loss not only to the town of Plainville and its citizens who live there but also anyone from nearby who has been going there for years just to get their prescriptions and then you get the random grab a candy bar or you might get a birthday card that she thought you'd forgotten because it half price. Jackie who owns it is truly a wonderful person and she really does great things for the community she even delivers them for a seniors who can't get to the store for their medicines. In the past few years my mother had moved to California and couldn't afford her insulin out there and Miss Jackie would take and bundle it up and mail it to her in California so she always had her Insulin. Why is it that every one in line for the pharmacy has an issue? I used to go here all the time for…read moremy medication. I'd get my million coupons and shop waiting for my drugs. Makeup, some household items, candy, candy, and more candy, always specials. End up spending about $60.00 on junk I didn't need, picked up my meds and leave. There was always someone standing in the help line while they called the Dr. or the insurance company. Always some problem. One day I went in to pick up my meds and the two women at the pharmacy decided to play games with me. Apparently one of my prescriptions was not filled in full. They were short about 3 pills. I couldn't take it as it was and come back for the missing 3. I'd either have to be 3 short or come back in a few days for the complete supply. I was a bit perturbed because I was notified that my orders were ready. Now this meant another trip back to pick up this one order. I asked which prescription was short. They were joking about it and mimicking me! One of them loudly announced the name of the drug. There were a few people standing there at the counter and I looked at her took my completed orders and left. The next morning I called to talk to the pharmacist and went totally ballistic! I couldn't believe that they were so callus as to announce to everyone around the name of my medication and joke about it. I threw more 4 letter words at her than she probably ever heard in her life! Then I called my Dr. and transferred all my prescriptions across the street to Walgreens. A hassle free pharmacy with really nice respectful people, never to have to go back to that place again.

They always have good signage on covid measures, current interests (flu shot available here, etc), hour changes, etc. The drive thru is awesome because it usually allows for a quicker experience due to my wandering eyes. When I do go in I do enjoy looking at their local products. I appreciate having a small business pharmacy to use since Haskins in Norton closed.

I casually asked how I could transfer my scripts....and it was done in two seconds! The pharmacist just took a copy if my insurance, my drivers license and current pharmacy info and said, "I'll take care of it for you." How nice is that!!! No computer nonsense or multiple calls, just plain old-fashioned human interaction. So happy there is a pharmacy here again in Rehoboth!

Due to relocating from VA, some of my medications were difficult to get transferred. Kristen helped make that process more understandable and saved us a lot of money in the long run. Whoever she is, give her a raise! Her customer skills are on point and we finally got all of my medications situated today. I definitely recomend this pharmacy as when I went to pick up my dedications Kristen was not working. The lady who checked me out was courteous and seemed knowledgeable with my situation. Which I am grateful for. I will definitely be keeping Osco Pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy. Thank you!
