I tell them I am a "Beast" kind of guy. The Lamb Burrito is good, but dammit I want BBQ! Here is what I do. Get a loaf of White "Wonder" bread. Go in this place and get the "Combo Number 2" to go. It is like $13 and comes with 3 different meats and two side dishes. I like the Cold Slaw and the Bean (Get the Beans!). Get lots of extra sauce, 3-4 containers at least. My fiancee and I moved to the area about 9 months ago and quickly started going to Epic as our main place for grabbing beer, bottles for parties and dinners, or just a new bottle to have at the house. My fiancée and I both fancy ourselves bourbon snobs and I love that Epic always has a great variety of bourbons and whiskey in general among other spirits as well. If you want something good yet affordable they have plenty, but if you're looking for top-shelf, they have plenty of options for that as well. Nate is always very friendly, professional and attentive when we come in. His quality of customer service alone would be enough to keep us coming back if nothing else, but rest assured, this place checks all the boxes. That said, Nate's knowledge and passion for his business just puts him over the top of other stores. Some of the nicer bottles we've found here was the Weller Full Proof, Mid Winternight Dram, Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend and as of this afternoon a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 15-year that we will be opening and sharing at our wedding. Everything about this place is awesome! The selection, the service, the cleanliness and professional layout, this is truly a place I don't see myself straying from. They have so many other bottles I want to get my hands on and in time I hope to try some of the other options they offer and am eyeballing the Weller Antique 107. I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. I sent my friend's wife here a few months back because she wanted to get a bottle for his birthday and Nate did not steer her wrong either and I believe sent her home with a bottle of Oban 18. Two thumbs up for Nate and everyone at Epic Wines and Spirits!
