Super unprofessional. I asked for a bid for a commercial space. Gave all the info necessary and my personal detail information to contact with any questions. They had bid this store for a separate scope of work with no issues. I called to follow up on when the estimate would be ready. They informed me they didn't want the work. I was very confused as to why there was an issue. Roy on the phone told me that there was too many issues on back and forth communication. And that nobody was on site to meet them. This didn't make sense to me since there had been no back and forth communication between us. It was clear in all my communication that I was a remote PM and to call me directly with any questions about scope etc. Roy was frustrated that the store employees didn't know what they were talking about. There wasn't an issue the first time that they went out to this location. They never called me to clarify and never called me to let me know they were going to pass on the job. I had called at the end of last week for an update and was told the bid was being worked on. When I called back this week I was shocked by them saying they were now refusing the job. I asked when they were going to let me know that they weren't going to move forward with the job. You know the professional thing to do...? I was specifically told by Roy, "Well you wasted our time, so I thought we would waste yours." If you don't want the work that's one thing. But to tell me you were working on something that you weren't, and to treat me like that when I was just trying to get to the bottom of what was going on is rather shocking. They never called with any questions and didn't have the decency to let me know that they weren't going to move forward with the job. When I called to follow up and to be told that they wanted to waste my time is disgraceful for any business. To expect store employees to know the exact scope of work doesn't make sense in the commercial space. Do not choose this company for any commercial work. There communication is severely lacking and their customer service is childish. read more

I called about a clogged kitchen drain last night. They were very responsive and came out this morning. However, the technician quoted me $475 for unclogging the drain, which is really excessive. My husband and I are really appreciated the job Service Force did for us! Our sump pump was keep pumping water to backyard, but we never had water be pumped before, even in heavy rain. After we called WSSC emergency line, they had technician inspected and said the issue was the pipe was leaking somewhere between our main valve at front yard to our basement, we have to fix the leaking within 30 days. It's not an easy fix since the pipe need to be repair was underground. We called a couple plumbing companies on WSSC certified list, and we were very lucky to find Service Force. Roy answered our call, even though they were very busy, he had Bryn came over to estimate the issue on the same day after the call. Bryn is a very professional and friendly person, he explained what was the root cause and what would be the plan to fix it, he also answered all the questions confidently. The quote for this project was reasonable too. After we approved the quote, Roy contracted Miss utility to label all the lines underneath. scheduled the project in time... Bryn and Leo came on the scheduled day with a excavator, pretty soon, they replaced the old service line pipe with a new one. Roy coordinated with WSSC came to inspect the job on second morning, after WSSC approved it, Bryan and Carmel filled dirt back and sealed the basement pipe area with cement. Bryan said they will put grass seed on top of the soil at the digger area, so we will have new grass grow back. The whole process after we approved the quote till the job was done, we don't need to worry anything, all the coordination works no matter was Miss utility or WSSC, Roy did everything for us. Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with Service Force, all of the staff are professional and nice, they are very honest to customer, give you suggestion with their plan without pressure. He showed up with all the materials, gave a call to let us know his ETA, and did a thorough job for us. walked us through what was being done, and even called me down to educate me on the work when he had no obligation to. Wanted to make sure we were kept abreast of the situation, maintain transparency. Going forward, we really can't imagine going to any other company. We've had to contact Service Force Plumbing on multiple occasions in the last couple years. The first time was because our water heater completely crapped out in the dead of winter. I can't remember who it was that inspected it and confirmed the issue. But he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to order a new water heater and have it scheduled to be installed the next day. Roy then came the next day to install our water heater. He ended up coming on a weekend during off business hours to finish the installation. He also helped us with a couple other things we had some concerns with. He was very patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A couple days after, we had to call them again to follow up with one of our existing issues. Roy once again came by and did a really great job breaking everything down and explaining it to us step by step. Then recently, we had some more leak concerns because our water bill was extremely high. We worked with Harold this time around. He was professional, knowledgeable and also very helpful. Highly recommend Service Force! Our experience with Service Force Plumbing was fantastic, from start to finish. We had a lot of work that needed to be done, including one major issue with a sewage pipe that had shifted from root intrusion. I called and reached Roy right away, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He quickly set up a free estimate, and they came out and took a look at everything. They even gave us advice on minor issues at no extra cost. Where do I start? Service Force Plumbing completely blew my expectations out of the water. The entire team is honest and it starts from the top with Roy. My hot water heater was leaking and I think I called the office at least four times asking them different questions but they were patient with me from start to finish. I called about the cost of getting a hot water heater installed but they advised me not install a hot water heater from a big box store and to purchase it from anywhere else even if it's not from them. I called and left a message for Roy on Saturday and he returned my call on Sunday and got me on the schedule to have my hot water heater replaced the next day! Roy came out in less than 24 hrs to check out a suspected exterior water line leak causing my sump pump to keep filling up. Trey and Roy explained exactly what needed to be done, came on time, made sure everything worked, and put seed and hay in the front yard where they had to dig and kept it clean inside my house where they worked. I found Roy on a freezing cold night when I turned on a water faucet and no water came out. I thought the pipes were freezing, and I called my former plumbing company and got no response at all.
