That diagnosis was wrong. Hendrik, a Master Plumber and co-owner/field manager, came out first -- honest, clearly experienced, and knowledgeable from the first conversation. He gave us a fair quote and was flexible with us throughout, never pushing or pressuring. The next day, technician Tyler found the actual problem almost immediately: a blockage 10 feet further down the WSSC-maintained line than the other company ever assessed. Both Hendrik and Tyler jumped on reporting it to WSSC right away and called it correctly as an emergency -- WSSC had a crew on site within about 2 hours, faster than we expected, and their independent findings matched Tyler's exactly. The part that really won us over: once it was clear this was WSSC's responsibility -- no paid job for Service Force -- Hendrik and Tyler didn't disappear. Zach came out same day and diagnosed the well pump failure and also the pressure tank. They had a team at the house early the next day and had the water back on before they left.
