I wasn't experiencing any problems with the boiler, just needed an annual service so I was willing to wait. The appointment was scheduled at 11 am, which they were very prompt on. They even called me to see if they could come early, but I missed the call. Once the tech arrived, he was familiar with the system we had and said he would be done in about an hour. He was able to clean it and fix a few leaks that we had. The price point was right on where he said he was going to be. Just about $150. Spending $150 is well worth keeping my boiler running at full efficiency and not having to worry about it breaking down in the cold Alaskan winters.
