This was our second year staying at Courtside Villas in Boca Raton, our first year we spent 3 weeks the experience was so good this year we spent 9. The leasing manager Emanuele is great to work with, very quick to respond, Beto the on site manager is always ready to help with any problems or concerns you may have. We stayed in a one bedroom unit which is in need of some updates, the two and 3 bedroom units have been updated and are plentiful. The heated pool is a plus and the overall property is fairly well maintained and cared for, the exteriors were just painted within the last two years. It seems the ownership continues to reinvest in this property and it shows. The location is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby to choose from. Several grocery stores are nearby as well. If you golf there is the top rated public golf course, Osprey Point, 10 min away and other public courses are within 30 minutes. We walked every morning and often in the early evening as well and we always felt safe and secure in the area. We stayed at Courtside Villas for 2 weeks while our kiddos were at Evert Tennis Summer camp. The ability to walk to the tennis facility, along with how close the property is to all kinds of stores and restaurants made it perfect for our needs. We'll definitely be back. read more

I needed travel to Boca Raton for an extended period so my kids could be near their tennis coach. I looked at airbnb, verb etc and the rates were so high because it's such a great vacation area. Courtside was a great find! They are not fancy and glamorous but the buildings are well maintained, clean, well furnished and super conveniently located. There are restaurants, grocery stores, a gym, plenty of conveniences close by. The best part was the Leasing Agent, Emanuel, and the onsite manager, Beto. I stayed over a month and of course, little issues popped up. Beto was there almost immediately with a repair or a solution. The neighbourhood is great for walking, it's safe and clean. Some of the other rental options I could afford were in pretty sketchy areas :/ I spent quite a few evenings floating in the very clean pool, enjoying quiet sunsets. If I come back to the area and need an extended stay, this will be my place! Thanks to Emanuel and Beto for an excellent experience. read more

We came down to Florida to play tennis at the Evert tennis academy, and the only place within walking distance was the Courtside Villas. But the location is the only good thing. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the villas are off of the busy street. That being said, however, the villas are not nice, they are cramped and poorly furnished. The kitchen is fine, however terribly stocked, but the beds are the worst part. The mattresses feel like they were picked up from the side of the road, they're some of the worst you'll ever sleep on. And then there is the value, I can't think of another reason to stay here other than the proximity to the tennis courts, but to pay more than you would at a hotel that's actually nice is outrageous. Overall, you should only stay here if you care more about being close to the tennis academy then being up charged and not sleeping. read more

I had a wonderful stay at Courtside. It was easy, convenient and so much better than staying in a hotel. Everyone was kind and helpful that i came in contact with. I picked this place especially because it was dog friendly! The only downfall in my opinion was the TV's. They need to be upgraded to smart TV's. read more

My husband and I and our six year old cavapoo are just finishing a month stay at Courtside Villas in Boca Raton, FL, and we could not be sadder that it is time for us to leave. Not only was our two bedroom apartment beautifully maintained and furnished , and the personal, including Alex and Beto, incredibly helpful, but the entire atmosphere of Courtside Villas was warm and welcoming. The pool was clean and refreshing and the whole pool area was a pure delight in which to swim or read. Evenings were delightfully quiet, and sitting out on our patio to watch the sunset or enjoy our cocktails or dinner were some delightful nighttime activities. The location is excellent as we were close to many fine shopping areas, as well as lovely restaurants. It wasn't surprising that we met warm and pleasant other guests who were equally delighted with their Courtside Villas. I honestly cannot find one fault to discuss and only wish that we had the time to spend even more time here. There is no doubt we will return next year, hopefully for a bit more than month. read more

My wife and I booked a two bedroom apartment last March and had a great time at Courtside Villas in Boca. It's located on the western side of Boca and we needed to drive a bit more than we expected. But golf, tennis, restaurants and shopping were all close by. Lots of bike paths within just a few miles as well. The pool was warm as were the people we met staying there. We're booked for 6 weeks next winter. read more
