Its a cool little spot sort of in a hidden area where there isn't a ton of foot traffic. The service was great, and the beer was nice and crisp! I tried the Superdelic Hazy and the Subtle Smurk Hazy! They were both delicious with the Superdelic being my favorite of the two. It was lighter, more crisp, light on the hops, with a piney finish which I found refreshing. Its a great spot to come and watch your favorite sports game or just come grab a beer with a group of friends. Its a peaceful location and there is plenty of seating. The vibe wasn't what I expected unfortunately. Before coming, I called and asked if they had food. They said a shawarma food truck outside, and when I hesitated, they said the truck also had wings and fries. When I showed up, the truck was out of both fries and wings (2 out of 3 items on the menu), and only had shawarma. After being forced to order the only thing on the menu and my food was ready, they said they only accepted cash or Zelle only... something they should've disclosed to begin with or had a sign before I ordered. I didn't have either... they finally agreed to take Venmo. By then I was bummed out by the vibes and just took my food to go and left. A friend and I planned to meet here after I got out of Jury Duty on this past Friday night. There was plenty of street parking. The outside of the bar looks like a castle which is super cool, and there is a food truck parked outside. Upon entering the bar, the staff is super friendly! We had never been there before and had trouble deciding which beer to choose, and we were able to have some samples to help make our decision. My friend got one of the ales, and I got the Mosaic. It was very refreshing and tasty. There is plenty of seating inside and everyone looks happy and laid back. I must say that there are many places that as a female I would not feel comfortable going to alone, but this is not one of those places. I do feel that I would be able to go to this bar by myself without worrying about someone harassing me or make me feel awkward for being alone. Everyone is so friendly and laid back that it feels like everyone is your friend and I feel that the bartenders are very in tune and keeping an eye on all the customers to check on them and the vibe is just really great so i do think if I'm ever in the area again or stuck in traffic from Jury Duty again, I will definitely stop by here again even alone! If I were rating the food from the food truck, I would unfortunately bring down the stars I'm giving, but the stars I'm giving are for the Lincoln Beer Company itself, but I do want to comment on the food truck. Both my friend and I hadn't eaten, and we didn't realize it would only a food truck to choose from, which would have been ok except the only thing the food truck serves is fries that appear to be doused in sauces. We opted for fries and just added toppings of cheese and chicken, and it was very disappointing. The cheese was overly cooked, and the chicken seemed not so fresh. I had seen on other reviews people posting other food like Pizza, I think it would have been much better to have more options than just fries. The bartenders were outstanding to end. On the Saturday, July 18, 2026 at about 8:40 pm, one of owners showed opposite to the end. I watched one of them pour themselves a beer and complain to the one bartender duty about something then he left bartender alone with at least 15 person line behind. "Outstanding" customer service, that is what you get with State school education running a brewery ...nice. You re-firm that no one will follow you to the new location. I know that reason for leaving is not ownership but the owner of the location. But at least have common sense to help your staff. I guess not. Good luck. read more

We hosted a birthday party here for two friends. It was a great space, good beer, good pizza from the food tent outside. We were able to bring some outside food in for our vegan friends too. The coolest part about the location, is that yes, you walk into this castle looking building! It is not my first time visiting, however, it is my first time leaving a review for Lincoln Beer Co. the last time I visited, was probably two-three years ago or more! so of course, visiting today, was a friendly reminder that this place is still going strong! The interior is pretty big, they have indoor and outdoor seating, dimmed lights to keep the vibes going! a projector screen showing TV, and I believe they still have board games, Jenga, etc. Today they had a food vendor stand outside, next to the brewery. The last time I came, they only offered chips, jerky and pretzels. They also have a water fountain stand and you can help yourself to water as needed. Gender neutral bathrooms inside as well. Today, I visited alone and I wanted to start off with their flight selection. You get a choice of four beer flavors, and the cost of this is $14 not bad at all! Out of my four, I did find my favorite and after I was done with my flight, I decided to order a 10 ounce to enjoy with my tacos de asada! The Beer flight Selection goes as is: "Mosaic" (light beer) 5.2% it is good and light flavor. "Juice Waves" 6.4% also pretty good and strong "Big Blueberry Waffle" 8.5% the darkest of my batch and amazingly delicious! (that's right, this is my fav!) and lastly, "Knockout" 6.8% with its bitter end taste to it, it was still a pretty damn good beer! So I ordered the "BBW" but it only comes in 10ounce(biggest) which was still good overall! All together, this is a brewery that is family and pet friendly, chill atmosphere, and providing you with indoor and outdoor seating, tucked in a quiet neighborhood that is worth a visit. We had an open day recently decided to check out a brewery we'd never been to together. Lincoln is near the airport, on a side street with easy parking, and is in a CASTLE! Not gonna lie, part of the reason we went. I was happy to see that they were able to get their patio opened back up. It was a nice outdoor space with umbrellas and easy access to the food trucks. Inside was nice and cool with sports playing, a few arcade games, and families, kids and dogs. Really relaxed, chill vibe. We ordered a few beers and then went outside to get some food. I went with a flight of 4, where I could choose any 4 beers and the bartender wrote out the names of each one on a serving board. Paul G. really liked the pilsner and the Mexican lager. The Pitch Count was my fave on the flight... light, refreshing, some depth and slightly hoppy but not TOO hoppy. I got another one afterward, partially so I could drink from one of their cool Lincoln glasses. Pluses - Really good music! And that day's food truck, Sopranos Deli, was amazing! We loved our sandwiches (highly recommend the Capone's) and plan to follow this truck around or come back whenever we see it here again. It's also really cool to see people order cans and watch the bartenders can the beer right in front of you. The first bartender wasn't very friendly, but the one after their shift change was. The only reason for 3 stars is that their private event planning was very disappointing to work with, in my experience. Last summer, I was looking into venues for my husband's 40th and I thought this one might be the winner. I came to the bar to check it out and ask about parties, and that bartender was very friendly and welcoming, telling me that I had to complete the online inquiry form for parties and events. The event planning contact took 1-3 days to reply to my messages and although Lincoln was recommended to me as a reasonably affordable event venue, that definitely wasn't the case. The pricing wasn't transparent and was based on each hour and number of guests, it included unlimited draft beer/soda only, and wasn't impacted by how many guests actually drank alcohol or were underage. So if you had a large party that included families and children, you had to hope that each single person drank $100+ worth of beer because that's what the math came out to and that's pretty much what you were paying for... food, wine, or anything else would have been on top of the already-exorbitant cost. I found a venue with a better pricing structure where the guest count determined the minimum food/drink spend, and we got dinner, an open beer/cider bar, and same-day responses to all of my questions for much less. I did want to mention that I shared this feedback last year when I explained that we were going with a different venue, but no response. I would come back for beers/food here but not to plan an event. Husband really liked hanging out here and we will be enjoying the patio in the summer (and I hope Soprano's comes back!) read more

What a great spot to grab a tasty brew and hang out with friends! The castle like architecture of the building adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Though it's street parking only, we didn't have problem finding a spot nearby. Good indoor/outdoor spaces. The patio has really good vibes with all the families and dogs around. They had a food truck onsite dishing out fish tacos during our visit. Inside offers a large communal space and a bar counter with flat screen TV for catching the game. They offered a nice variety of beers, something for every palate. I was a hapy camper. I'm a ipa beer guy. The Subtle Smurk Hazy IPA on tap was spot on for me. The pale amber color and fruity aroma had a juicy finish. EASILY downed two of these. Mighty Things Double IPA was excellent as well. It pours with a nice white head with just a trace of lacing and had a tropical bite on the nose. Absolutely delicious beer all around. Good service. This was a surprise! My friend suggested we go, which we did and I had no idea it existed. I didn't get to try the food, but there was a fish taco truck outside. One of the customers mentioned they were the best, so I'll take her word for it and hopefully try them soon. There was a party of some sort inside so it was busy so we sat outside. The music they played was alternative which I enjoyed it very much. The ONLY down side to my visit is that I had to cut it short and leave. But I hope to return again very soon and TRULY enjoy it. Came in on a surprisingly light Saturday night. They have a large outdoor patio area in front. They're doing indoor seating now and there's plenty of space inside. There's a few TV's and a projector so it's a good spot to catch a game. This is a good spot for a date or groups. The beers are tasty. I liked all 3 I tried so I can definitely recommend the Perfectly Pineapple (4.8%), Peach Delight (4.7%), and Juice Waves (6.4%). They were fruity, refreshing, great summertime beers. The Birrieria Michi truck was there. I got the tacos dorados, mulita, and torta. And yes all for me, don't judge me. They were good! Get some extra napkins cuz it gets a lil messy. I pledge allegiance to Lincoln Beer Company! This honest all inclusive brewery has an incredible layout with lots of outdoor seating (formerly their parking lot - but plenty of street parking so don't fret) as well as indoor. LBC's, no not Long Beach city, has a killer selection of beer ranging from light to hoppy to speciality. I was really impressed with their double IPA aka IPA x2 aka the Casual Friday on a Friday Night out in the city of Burbank. It was very citrus and smooth with smoother hops than most. I came with a group of six, our first big group outing in well forever, and we ended up doing a few pitchers of the Lincoln Light (lager) since so many people have different palettes for beer it can often be a group pleaser to keep it light. Really easy drinking. Amongst us we tried the Perfectly Pineapple wheat ale, Sticks and Beans Cinammon Vanilla Stout and the Hayroll Saison. All thumbs up! This hidden castle is near the North Hollywood Way & Cohasset intersection off Lima St. They have gender neutral bathrooms and have a different food truck or vendor when they're open that's a great combo with their selection.
