We stayed here for a couple of nights during my visit to Boston as it was close to my fiancés office he was working at. I actually really enjoyed this little area, there was a great shopping center that was just across the way with lots of options. The rooms were nice and had a little couch seating area and a fridge and microwave which is always nice for a long stay like my fiancé had. I also loved the downstairs area. I went and worked down there on my laptop one of the days in a comfy couch that had its own little tv to watch something too. I'm also a big person about AC in hotel rooms and this one did live up to my normal expectations because I like a cold room. If you are staying in this area definitely a great spot to stay. read more

Stay away!! Carpet was filthy. Felt like i was walking on sludge. Bathroom floor was sticky. Went to the restaurant for dinner and ordered a burger. I was told you can only get it well done. Red flag went up. The burger was like a Bubba burger. It was disgusting. I left a review with the hotel only to be debated and challenged on the issues. I called the Marriott complaint line only to be laughed at and then the woman would not give me her name and hung up on me. I called back, got someone else named "carol" on the phone. As I'm explaining the issues to her, under her breath she utters " oh my god". I called her out on the comment and she didn't apologize, just told me to take it up with the hotel. I thought I was when I called the complaint line. I've stayed in hotels though out the country and many other countries. This was by far the worst stay ever. Never again!! Room 329 if no one believes me. Let me know what your socks look like after walking on the carpet. read more

I had three nights booked here starting Monday, September 15, 2025. On Tuesday I was advised of a medical situation with my wife and I had to cut my trip short. Tuesday evening I went to the front desk to advise them I'd be leaving the next day rather than Thursday. I was visibly upset by my personal situation and told them what was going on, to avoid cancellation fees. There was a woman and young gentleman working at the desk. Seeing how upset I was, they instantly cancelled the night and waived charges, and even asked if I needed to sit down or if they could get me some water. It was above and beyond; many other places would have just left it at 'sorry to hear', if even that. The next day at breakfast before I hit the road I saw a gentleman who was obviously a manager of some sort, likely 'from corporate'. I decided to tell him about my experience. He shook my hand, asked my name and, after I told him, my wife's name. He was pleased to hear the staff's reaction and went on to ask if there's anything he could do and if I was ok to drive home. Again, above and beyond. I've stayed at this location several times and always have a good experience but this took it to another level. It makes me emotional just to think about. Thank you, Courtyard staff. I'd like to add that the woman working the breakfast counter that morning, who I've encountered in past visits, is a ROCK STAR! The general manager of this hotel as of yesterday is horrible. Her name is Marianela, and I'm reporting her to corporate. I was part of a bridal party who had reserved private rooms to do hair and makeup before a wedding. The party had ordered sandwiches to be delivered while makeup and hair were being done. The hotel changed the private rooms to a conference room because they messed up the bookings. This was okay, but they don't allow outside food in their public areas. The conference room is apparently a "public area," but arrangements were made to ensure that everything was okay. On the day of the wedding, while the bride was in the makeup chair, the general manager, Marianela, barged into the conference room to confront the bride directly and say that there was no outside food allowed. SO MANY people asked the general manager to talk outside of the room, including the people who coordinated and paid for the space in the first place, but she refused. She chose, instead, to confront the bride, to her face, with anger. Marianela said, several times, "I am the general manager, I can go into any room I want to," and proceeded to interrogate the bride in her makeup chair. "Who did you talk to?" "Who said this was okay?" "This is a health code violation." It kept on for a while, She kept insisting. But eventually Marianela was shuffled out of the room. Then the sandwiches came, and Marianela gave a half-apology to the bride after. That's a positive. But the entitlement and disrespect of this person reflects the level of service in this hotel. Maybe you're the only hotel around, but do a better job staffing your management and maybe more people will come to stay. read more

I stayed at this location for 10 days due to a family emergency in the area, and was once again extremely impressed on how warm and helpful the staff was. They made a very tough time far more bearable. The bistro food and drink were fast and tasty, and the lobby area a great location to hang out in when I didn't want to be in my room. And the outside patio is a lovely space when the weather is cooperates. Add to that the great location including proximity to some excellent restaurants and a grocery store, and you've got a real winner! read more

This review is for the Bistro Breakfast ONLY: If you're looking for something quick to grab for breakfast, I'd pass on anything hot from the Bistro. I ordered a breakfast burrito at 08:00 and was told it'd take about 15 minutes. After the entire lobby cleared out, and I was the only one left in the lobby (08:35) did an employee at the bistro as me if I was waiting on something. After confirming my order, he went directly to the kitchen to make it himself in about 5 minutes. The burrito itself was actually good! And I'm happy that the gentleman recognized I was waiting on something and asked about my order--those are the two stars from my review. I think the ordering / service procedures at this bistro might need to be re-vamped in order to make sure customers do not get forgotten. read more

I'm surprised by how much I liked this hotel, because it is obviously a chain, but it really delivered on the hotel suite experience. The room itself was very nice. There was a very spacious couch, very comfortable bed, and lots of amenities, including a mini fridge and microwave. The shower was huge and had a very luxurious shower head. The check-in process, which was an afternoon on a weekend, was a little bit slower than I would have expected. My understanding was that there were at least two weddings that had booked rooms, so I'm not really sure why there was only one receptionist. She seemed a little disorganized with the differences in the weddings. She also was surprised that there was no parking left and couldn't really give me a solid answer on where my next best option was. Also, there was an after party gathering in the bistro during late night, and the bartender's, while trying very hard, were very flustered by the crowds, mostly affiliated with the weddings. It was as if they hadn't had two weddings there before. That said, I would definitely consider staying here again if I was in the area. It was a solid experience overall. read more

I stayed here this weekend for a wedding, and it was definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. Everyone working here is so friendly and accommodating, I was always greeted with a smile wherever I went. The hotel is new and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. Although on the smaller side, the room we stayed in was bright, sunny, and nicely decorated. Most importantly, it was spotless. And it had outlets everywhere, which really comes in handy. The bathroom was huge! They kept the bar open for us after the wedding and the bartenders were excellent, the drinks were good and strong. The only unfortunate part was that we missed breakfast, it's only served until 9:30am, which seems a little on the early side, but that's ok. The hotel is also very conveniently located, it's right off of 495 and there is a shopping plaza right across the street. Gibbet Hill is about 15 minutes away, and is a great place to take in some beautiful scenery and grab a bite to eat. If I'm ever in the area again needing a place to stay, it will be my go-to. I highly recommend it to anyone! read more

This hotel was the perfect place to stay for our overnight. Clean. Quiet. All amenities available. Not once did we need to call front desk for anything. Room was perfectly prepped and ready for us. Beds were so comfortable. Hotel new and clean. Architecturally well done. All staff friendly and available. Breakfast in lobby just delicious. Has stayed in same hotel in Washington DC weekend prior and totally consistent. Price per night is totally reasonable. Recommend and will look for this chain for all future travel. read more

My husband and I came here to attend a wedding and stayed in Courtyard Marriott Littleton for two nights. The hotel is very new. The room is big and clean with convenient outlets for cell phone chargers. The Starbucks and super market is right across the street. My husband and I were both very happy about this hotel. It is about one hour drive from Boston Logan Airport. We didn't rent a car. We took a Uber from the airport and arranged a private driver back to airport. The cost was around $90. I highly recommend this hotel. read more

Lovely hotel in the heart of Littleton. Stayed here one night for a wedding. The hotel was very modern, well designed. The rooms were different then the typical hotel setup and you get a mini-fridge and microwave, something that is rare these days! It's right across the street from a grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and Starbucks. Check In was super quick and easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. CLEAN!! Let me tell you, I am a stickler for a clean hotel room. I'm that lady who strips the bed and looks for bugs but I did not have any troubles here. The room was very clean, up to my high standards. The bed was comfortable and I did not want to get out of it. The shower is amazing and a very cool walk in style. I would never have found this gem if I didn't have a wedding near by but I'm glad I did, I was very happy with my stay. Side note: There was a lovely bar and restaurant but I did not have time to try them out. I will say the menu looked yummy! read more

We were attending a wedding last weekend and at the last minute my in-laws were not able to stay with our 14 year old son. My brother's bride told us to bring him to the wedding and they would make room. But the problem was we only had a room with one king bed and a pull out. Our son is 14 but is 6'2". Most pull outs don't work him. Upon arrival we met Louis. We asked her if their was any chance we could get a room with two beds. She looked in the computer and said it shows they are sold out but then asked us to give her a few minutes to check in few other guests and she would see what she could do. About 10 minutes later she motioned for me to come back to the counter. She was able to convince another couple to take the king bedded room and give us their room with two beds. It might sound like something little but she made our stay at her hotel much more comfortable. We had a great stay! Everyone was super nice and made the weekend great. The hotel is very clean and looks brand new. I am a Marriott rewards member and I can tell you, this isn't your typical courtyard. You do not expect this type of hotel off a highway. I would definitely stay here again. read more

This is a very nice, new, spotlessly clean, modern hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious. There were black-out curtains as well as the decorative curtains, nice bed, a sofa, a beautiful bathroom, and it was very quiet all night. They have a quiet policy for after 10.00 pm, and guests are asked to sign it upon check-in. In the morning, the pay-extra breakfast was in the lobby and is apparently run by or with Starbucks, and it was delicious. My only minor criticism is the name, because it is misleading: Courtyard Boston Littleton. Littleton is 40 miles from Logan Airport or about 35 miles from downtown Boston, so you are not in Boston but in the outskirts of the metro area. I was out here to attend a wedding nearby, but it is not a convenient location for guests who need to be right in Boston and might be misled by the name. Lowell is close by, however, and there is a train station about 3 miles away from the hotel with hourly service to North Station in Boston. read more

Beautiful modern hotel. The check in was easy. The lobby is lovely. There was a group of people watching a football game and ordering from The Bistro. The room is clean; great color scheme and modern furniture. Across the parking lot is a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed. read more

BED BUGS!!!! Stayed at this hotel in September 2021 for one night. The room appeared clean but in the morning we found bed bugs on our clothing after we had checked out. We called to speak with a manager but we were told that he had left for the day and would call us the following day. We got the run around and it took us quite a while to get through to anyone. We did end up speaking to someone that assured us the room did not have bed bugs. It did have bed bugs as they were on our clothing! Customer service was terrible , lack of concern about bed bugs was appalling! Never heard back again and we never received a chance to leave a review. Disgusting- I would never recommend this hotel. read more

Recently spent an evening here and I was extremely pleased. The room I stayed in was spacious, homey, and excellent for our group. Concierge was friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed that the bar was closed the evening I was there but turns out an evening of board games and complimentary lemon water was all I needed. The surrounding area is filled with other restaurants, bars, and amenities; I felt like I was in Paris. Will definitely be returning. read more

If you're looking for a hotel in the Littleton area, the Courtyard is a great option. I was recently there for 4 nights on business. The hotel appears pretty new and was very clean from the lobby to fitness center to the room. I enjoyed the "small extras" of the modern hotel - plenty of outlets/USB ports in the room to keep my devices charged, a bluetooth alarm clock radio, cable and Netflix on the TV. Anytime I encountered a staff member, they all greeted me with a smile and were helpful when I had a question. Since its a Courtyard, free breakfast is not offered, but they do have the standard Courtyard bistro serving breakfast and dinner. There are also several restaurants within easy waking distance of a shopping center that's across the street. The only downside I would say was the room seemed a little small. I had a standard king room which just didn't seem as large as other king rooms I've had at similar hotels. It was still very functional though especially since I was staying solo. read more
