Karen Kubinak in the sales and leasing is extremely pleasant to work with and accommodating. Two Bedroom condo, clean upon move in, bright and spacious. Would definitely recommend. Outside maintenance also kept nice. Nice quiet community.

Nice for walks and safe for the kids to play in each of their respective culdesac areas. A couple of small playgrounds, a small gym, a dog park and a putting green. They also have community bikes similar to the Citi bike set up. The walking paths go around the community. You see an occasional young beat, deer, beautiful birds year round, fox and raccoons. Accommodations: The 2 bedroom is nice size and you don't feel like you are on top of each other. You get a little patio in the back (a wood deck). And some have interior access to a garage. Each unit has a private garage if attached except some where you'd pay for garage rental. The upgrades were better than the original and I had both. I eventually upgraded to a 3 bedroom semi attached but I knew I'd be buying my own home so I expected to be there a short while. The space again was great and so was the layout. Maintenance: the team is reliable and responsive. More than most places run by a corporate realty company. They are also personable. They do the best they can within their constraints because again this is corporate housing not smaller type of company but they take initiative and that says a lot. Price: when I first came to the community it was reasonable. Then of course the covid crisis changed a lot. Rental prices did sky rocket for many and thankfully while I was not impacted financially , for others there they couldn't Keep residing there and it was unfortunate. The pricing for the 3 bed vs 2 was wildly different and very pricey. Think mortgage payment plus 500-1000 more not to own. Again, if short term it's fine. The cons overall: (there's always something so let's get real)... (1) You hear the i78 traffic at all hours especially if your front faces it or off your back is up to it. (2) No pool and no perks like discounted membership to the local community pools, no hoses for water play or washing cars, (3) Renting is renting. You'll have a mixed bag of renters. Some are lifers and at times don't know etiquette or concepts of personal space, some will also treat it like a home vs a rental and it can be obvious at times, (4) dog owners have tendency to not pick up after their dogs and you find the team running the place constantly reminding them, (5) as with any corporate unit they run the appliances until they can't run no more. This goes for ACs to addressing things like bugs. We had a significant carpenter ant issue that we found was a problem from the last renter of our unit who ironically was a family with a child in our child class. While they addressed things as best they could on site at the end of day it's corporate housing and they aren't going to be able to do a lot as hands are tired. (6) The only other thing I'd add is a semi backing up to the pizza place and exit off i78 doesn't have much privacy and the parking lot lights and late night Parker's along your property can get a bit too much especially with children. So think of these things and opt in for another location within the property if you can. Otherwise if you think you can deal with that then it's fine. It's mainly the smaller bedrooms that will have the issue with noise until 2AM. There's nothing you can really do about that. All said, we enjoyed our time in the community. It's nice and friendly they do events for residents and the management team has always been nice and easy to work with.
