They're claiming we must have been too rough, or bouncing on the bed, none of which is truth. $565 for a headboard being remounted is an absurd price, and screams scam as Hilton HHonors policies are location specific. Until Andrea Collin's is out over there I wouldn't stay, because you will probably be charged with some sort of damage, regardless if it's wear and tear

The original room had a ceiling leak with mold behind the wallpaper. The wall paper was peeling from the walls. Apparently there was a roof leak and it didn't surprise anyone. Moved to another room. Not so great, definitely smelled like smoke, but not leaking and seemed clean enough. Next day get a call, telling me check out was at noon why was my stuff still there. Um but I'm checked in until Friday. Turns out this hotels computer system doesn't look at the online reservations. Oh let me fix it. They Go on line change my reservation to Sunday to Sunday. Have to go to the hotel to fix it by waiting literally 20 mins for the desk guy to answer a phone call and check an alarm.. he ran to the room because he was trying to catch the guests smoking. The next day, I get a call at work because my hair dye got on towels. First, I had my do not disturb sign up, second, the towel in question would wash out. Third, pretty sure the maid only came in so she could snoop around my stuff because I know someone moved my stuff around in my luggage. . So I would suggest to never keep anything personal or valuable. Basically unless you have to, stay away from this hotel. I wish I had stayed at the Hilton garden inn next door.

Excellent Television well placed in the room wonderful window with an excellent shade that blocks out all the light so you can make it as dark as you wish in the daytime. Extremely nice bedding, very nice shower with good water, pressure. Shampoo, body gel, and conditioner with labels, big enough to actually read them without wearing your spectacles! A good, quiet room with all the right plugs everywhere you need them. There's excellent parking with plenty of handicapped parking in front. Dogs are welcome! The breakfast is really great for a hotel amenity bar. I would stay here again and again!

So it's easy access to most areas of Midland/Odessa, but if you're a light sleeper like me you'll need the A/C cranked up to drown out the highway noise. My daughters and I checked in via the app on 6/3/2024 & walked in at about 7PM. Access to the entire hotel is only through the front which I found to be potentially safer. Parking was easy if but a tad tight with all the work trucks. The lone elevator was fairly quick. Our room #321 was clean. Bathroom had some leftover hair of another much darker-haired patron. Our one-night, 2-queen beds with a couch came out to $129.57. Complimentary bagels aren't out & ready until 6AM. We left by 5. Lol. Supposedly they also set out "muffins, yogurt and freshly brewed Folger's coffee." Wi-Fi worked fine. Fast fixer-upper jobs in many places, but overall a very modernized, simple hotel. Was never greeted or asked how we were the few times we saw employees. Guess that's how it is with self-checkins/outs these days. It's an okay area--just a bit secluded from what I wanted.

I forgot to add when you check in you get a cute little goodie bag that has two waters and some bags of pretzels. I loved this. The lobby was very clean and in the mornings they offer a light breakfast which basically consisted of some pastries, bagels and some fruit and of course some juices coffee and water. I never ate the breakfast cause none of that is appealing to me. So we got to our room which was so nice and clean and cool. I immediately took a shower and the water was piping hot along w the blasting pressure which is what I like. My bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. A very comfortable bed and the sheets were so silky smooth too! Even though we stayed here less than 24 hours it was a great place to stop to get some rest and shower. I think I paid 89 bucks for it!
