I am currently staying here. There is no hand sanitizer in the dispenser by the area where breakfast is served, nor was there any sanitizer in the dispenser in the weight room. Great hotel for the price. We were upgraded to a suite for booking through american express travel so I definitely recommend doing that. The room was super clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen and a pull out sofa, along with a nice comfy bed and decent sized television. The bathroom was really nice with a large walk in shower. The hotel also had a small gym and a nice looking outdoor pool, which we did not use. They also had a great breakfast which had much more options than your typical free hotel breakfast. All of the staff we encountered during our two night stay were friendly and accommodating. Another plus about this hotel is this is a not so walkable area in the middle of nowhere, but it is located in a small little complex that has a few restaurants and other things. Definitely recommend staying here if you need a hotel in the area. read more

Excellent. We had a midweek 4 night stay. Check in was super easy via the app, which we also used to order more supplies. We stayed in the guest suite, our kiddos shared the sofa bed and the big bed was comfy and soft. The tv had a swivel which was great for letting kids watch what they wanted. There's a Kuerig in the kitchen with a coffee assortment. The bathroom was very spacious with a shower w/seating. My kids enjoyed the pool, it was clean and pretty. Everything was clean and quiet, we do wish there was an internet option on the TV. The free WiFi is spotty, and you gotta pay 5$ per day for high speed. Cocktail hour is fun, there's a light dinner in the lobby (the Mediterranean spread was wonderful) and wine/beer. Breakfast is awesome, there's so much variety and healthy options. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I love having the kitchenette in the room. AC works great in the room. The front desk is always very helpful with all our inquiries and concerns. WOW!! I'm a basic traveler. I'm not into the wow thing just a clean comfortable bed and I'm good. So when I opened the door I was speechless. I thought I walked into a suit at MGM grand. The pictures tell it all. Full kitchen down to the utensils. Coffee, popcorn, microwave and big refrigerator. Very spacious well decorated. And the shower beyond average hotel rooms. I have nothing but phrase about this place. I was a bit concerned at first due to the reviews around the area. Most were not too good due to the clientele. Most of the oil field workers stay at hotels. they work hard play hard meaning the rooms are quite worn out and a little torn up. So upon arriving it was clean and well maintained outside. So you can imagine my surprise when I got to my room. Again WOW!!! May be a little off the interstate but well worth it. read more

When we checked into hotel, the person checking us in took a phone call, she proceeded to give them rates, check availability, etc. she put them on hold to take another call, then continued back to her call. After about 15 minutes, she got off the phone and checked us in. When we walked into the room, we killed a roach on the floor. We got in at 2am so whatever, we killed it and hoped it was alone. I called down stairs to ask for a blanket, the room was cold, she tells me they are out of blankets. I just don't see how they would be out of blankets. 2 hours later, our fridge makes so much damn noise it sounds like it breaking. Impossible to ignore. AC is noisy too. You can hear everything through the walls. Our stay is supposed to be 2 nights, I'm not staying here another night. Sleeping is a no go due to being cold and noisy room. read more

We stayed here for a wedding and my wife and I felt like we were the one's getting married. The staff at this location were very helpful and always askes if there was anything else that we needed. The staff was A one.The rooms were clean and organized every day We had the suite with sink dishwasher full size refrigerator which was great for leftover snacks. The continental breakfast had allot of foods to chose from and the hot foods real tasty. The only reason I only gave 4 stars was that the thermostat had to be adjusted allot. read more

Super big rooms with a full size kitchen. Comfortable beds with nice linens. We stayed in the King bed room. Also, the couch folded out to a full size and was large enough for both my teen daughters to sleep on. Plenty of space for all 4 of us! Breakfast was good, better than your typical hotel food. Nice helpful staff! They even have a "store" that you can get snacks, drinks and necessities. They have the weather listed for you on a chalkboard in the lobby which was nice to see before getting dressed for the day. Tea and lemonade are available all day in lobby as well! Seems they go out of their way to make guests comfortable! This hotel is not one of those that's been taken over by oilfield employees like most in the area. Very clean! read more

Beware if the hotel is full. They admittedly do not have the water system to service a full house. One stay I had to take a cold shower. Another stay, the water was barely a trickle. Last visit I was completely shampooed and the water completely stopped. I had to rinse my hair in the kitchen sink which for some reason has phenomenal cold water pressure. If you're traveling on business with a schedule to keep, be sure to ask if they are full before committing to this hotel. Or shower in the evenings. On the bright side, the staff is extremely friendly. They make things right when they go wrong. Their hospitality hour is a great way to relax after a long day. Evelyn is a gem who creates an inviting atmosphere. The breakfast selections are plentiful. For those on the run there is always a hot dish fully assembled. The rooms are spacious and in great condition. Plenty of work space and good lighting throughout. The gym is fantastic. Good selection of free weights and lots of cardio options. When they ran out of drinking water, they brought bottled water in. It is located in a newly developing area, so immediate dining options, etc. are kind of limited at this time. read more

You get what you pay for. This goes without saying - Odessa is an EXPENSIVE place to stay because of the oil field work there. This hotel does charge a relatively high amount for stay, but trust me when I say it is well worth it! And if you're staying from Wednesday through Sunday you may find lower rates because they only tend to be high at the beginning of the week. Their breakfast is pretty good, all the staff was great, and the rooms are WAY cleaner than many other hotels in the Odessa area. When I left I accidentally left a credit card and a small convection oven on the room and they promptly let me know that they would hold it at the front desk for me to pick up. That just goes to show that they are trustworthy because many other places would not even do that for their customers - especially not in this area. read more

Excellent stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is we were booked into a wheelchair accessible room and the shower was a bit tricky and messy. The room was spacious and clean! We took a dip in the heated pool that evening and it was very refreshing. Hubby had their breakfast and said their sausage hash was not bad and they had a self make waffle station. Daughter and I didn't partake in the breakfast because we were so comfy in the bed we slept in past breakfast! Highly recommend staying here. Watch out for the gps directions they send you way out of the way but call the hotel and they'll tell you how to navigate your way there. read more

My wife stayed here when her work sent her to Odessa to manage a store there. She had an amazing room, with a kitchen and an AMAZING shower. The front desk staff was exceptional and took care of all her needs. They were very friendly. The pool is great although its shallowest point is 3.5 feet, so smaller kids should beware. They even have nights where they have free hamburgers, free wine and free beer for guests. Honestly, I have never seen a hotel with this much great extras for the guests. I usually write positive reviews, but can't for this hotel. Clerk didn't honor room type and placement requests. I have eaten 200+ Marriott breakfasts; and, theirs was the worst we have had. But, property is fairly new and things were in working order. Clerk struggled to do Marriott Rewards platinum plus check in...didn't seem to know to offer points or welcome gift. Tips for fellow travellers 1. Use GPS...confusing turns to get to property on very dark unlit streets. 2. Ask for everything you need on check in. Property is understaffed and at night has only one staff person on duty during prime check in hours. He/she can't leave the desk, so if anything isn't working in room or you need more towels, you are out of luck. 3. ADA rooms are located the furthest from elevator. So if you don't walk well...consider asking for closest to elevator, rather than ADA...and then check property map since our clerk didn't know what was close to elevator. I recently had surgery and asked for first floor, as close as possible to outside handicapped parking. While property had lots of vacancies on a Sunday night we were put on an upper floor down a very long hallway...as far as possible from elevator. And the clerk assured us we were close to elevator....he didn't know his property. 4. Be prepared to skip breakfast...it isn't what you expect at a Residence Inn, and has far fewer options. We are platinum plus Marriott Rewards people with 110 nights this year, so we know what is reasonable to expect. Here are some tips for the property: 1. Put up signs at the key turns of Hermanos, etc., and light them. 2. Train clerks on property lay put and which rooms are close to outside doors, handicapped parking and elevators. 3. Retrain breakfast cooks so that scrambled eggs and turkey sausage are not dried out. 4. Train clerks on dealing with platinum and gold Marriott Rewards members. 5. Check you wireless signal on second floor...it was not working during our stay. 6. Have more than 1 staff person on duty during all evenings. Maybe you can get away with 1 on the 11-7 shift...but not during prime check in hours....our poor clerk was WAY over extended. 7. Deliver receipts to the correct rooms...we got someone else's. ..with their CC number. You have a nice building. Now, bring the human provided services up to the same level. read more

This hotel is brand new and it's one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. Everything was in perfect condition and the room was inviting, you didn't want to leave it. The bathrooms are huge, I haven't had a bathroom that size in a very long time. They allow pets. We will definitely be staying here the next time we roll through. read more
