Honestly, this is my favorite apartment complex that I've ever lived in (and that's saying…read moresomething because I can't even count how many I lived in threw my 20's.) Not only do we have a view like we're lounging at a 5 star resort, but our apartment is beautiful with crown molding, and it also comes with ALL appliances such as a washer/drier. This is NOT the place to move if you're looking for a younger aged party vibe, but it is perfect for a business person or quiet young family. You can hear a pin drop (or cell phone text alert) from across the community, if you're outside in the evenings! SO quiet! Management and staff are exceptional, and they even take care of the small things such as burnt out light bulbs. We feel very safe here, and love the security patrol. The school is great, and we have never had an issue with parking. I can't wait for the new, huge, shopping center to go in across the street! Such an exciting, growing community to be a part of! This is the perfect place for my family to call home while we're waiting for our house to sell. I love it SO much here, that I think we will buy a house in this same Edgewood community next year.

The second time, I arrived for my scheduled appointment and no one was in the office. This shows a lack of respect for people's time. I will be looking elsewhere to rent.

DO NOT RENT HERE!…read more My fiancé and I rented a 1 bed apartment here for a year. For starters I'd like to say that everyone in the leasing office is rude and has an attitude as if they're better than you. Don't be offended by their "better than you attitude" almost all of the workers live on the property of this so called "luxury apartment" with us tenants so I assume that's why they're always in such a crappy mood! The unit we moved into was filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Glue all over the floors, paint splatters on the floor, oven was covered in grime. Unfortunately we had already signed our lease so there wasn't much we could do. I cleaned up what they couldn't and moved on. Almost a WEEK into our new move at our "luxury" apartment the hallways became a nightmare. At least every week there was something new. Garbage left everywhere, horrendous smells, liquids spilt all over the stairs and hallways. Honestly you name it and it was there! We contacted the office a handful of times about the issue but they brushed it off. The garbage would sit there for WEEKS before it was picked up. The floors would stay in that condition for MONTHS until someone came and cleaned them. I started to notice that they only came and cleaned it up when they were having a walkthrough with new tenants. It was truly disgusting. Thankfully our lease was ending and we moved out two weeks before we had to turn the keys in. I spent two weeks driving back and forth to get that unit cleaned. Obviously to ensure we get our full deposit back. Unfortunately we didn't receive our full deposit back. They decided to take out $574.86. In all of our years of renting we have never "not" received our full deposit back yet alone have THAT much taken out. They charged us $190 for a cleaning fee and $384 for "renovations". We have no pets, no children. Just a young couple renting alone. We had a couple of holes in the wall from our TV being mounted that we patched up but other than that the unit was in pristine condition. I believe that we got taken advantage of by the workers in the leasing office (Dillon Mertens & LaDawn Fox) and Aspire Apartments as a whole. Fast forward to a month after being moved out and no longer on the lease I receive an email from PG&E stating that I have an outstanding bill. I call PG&E to further investigate and they told me that my name is still on the PG&E account for that address. They informed me that my Landlord or my apartment complex is responsible for removing my name off of the bill which Aspire obviously didn't do. So now I am getting billed for another tenants electricity. I have called the leasing office at Aspire everyday now for a week. The call goes straight to a voicemail. The unfortunate thing about all of this is that we were and are great tenants. To get treated like this is mind boggling. I hope future tenants can read this review and think twice before renting here. I hope Aspire Apartments can do the right thing and fix not only our situation but every other tenant that that has been wrongfully treated by them.

If you're considering moving into Aspire Apartments in Tracy, CA, think twice. What they advertise…read moreas "luxury living" is deceptive and misleading. We were moved into an absolutely filthy unit--the toilets were dirty, blinds were chewed up, light fixtures were broken, floorboards chipped, trash on our balcony, huge spiderwebs throughout the unit and a long list of maintenance issues were from their prior tenet. It was immediately clear that no one inspected or cleaned the apartment before handing over the keys. We addressed this issue with the onsite management team. Immediately upon receiving our keys and initial move in inspection of the unit. We initially sent ladawn an email addressing our concerns we were completely ignored. We then spoke with Erica the Manager and she advised everything would be fixed We've now been here 14 days, and instead of enjoying our new home, we've had to deal with constant issues, delayed responses, and poor communication from management. Our concerns have been met with nothing but excuses and zero urgency to fix the problems. Even worse, the Tracy Police Department was called on my family because we are asking property managers to actually manage the situation and address our complaints. Michelle at the corporate office has failed to respond as she's received our concerns via calls and complaint yet again NO response or follow up whatsoever! Future tenants: SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX. I wish we would have done more research prior to our finalizing of the lease. I have cried and fussed and I just want to save a family the hassle. Once your lease is signed these property Less about anything that you are going through. They have nonchalant snobby attitudes. Dylan even went so far as to mention and he didn't like the way Addressed about our complaint so he just didn't do it. He didn't feel like it. This company is entirely unprofessional and has made what should have been an exciting time into a stressful, disappointing mess. YOU CAN SEE WHY THEY HAVE SUCH A LOW APPROVAL RATING! Extremely Disappointed - Unsafe Living Conditions and Unprofessional Management Our experience with Aspire has been deeply disappointing from the very beginning. Upon moving in, we were met with a unit that was clearly not move-in ready, with multiple unresolved maintenance issues and poor overall conditions. Despite reaching out through calls and emails to report these problems--including a broken kitchen faucet with no water pressure, a cracked ice maker that releases plastic particles (a serious safety concern), and a leaking dishwasher due to a damaged cap--our concerns were either ignored or dismissed outright. Shockingly, we were told by staff that they simply "did not feel like" responding to our earlier emails. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Instead of addressing our requests, Aspire issued us a 3-day notice based on false claims of threatening behavior during a visit to their office. We have video footage that clearly shows no such behavior occurred, and we have since involved legal counsel. It feels like their response was an attempt to intimidate us into silence rather than take responsibility for their lack of action. We moved in expecting a safe, livable space and responsive management. What we've encountered instead is neglect, retaliation, and a clear disregard for tenant rights and basic habitability standards. No tenant should be treated this way. Avoid Aspire at all costs. If you value safety, transparency, and competent property management, look elsewhere.

For the most part, my experience living here was good. I'll keep it short and simple:…read more Pros: -Pretty new apartment complex, everything was looking great. -Office staff was nice to deal with. -Location is great, next to all the shopping and restaurants. Cons: -No designated parking. If you worked late in the day, it would be really hard to find a parking spot. Pretty inconvenient when you have children. -The walls are paper thin. I lived on the middle floor so I constantly heard the college students above us and the people below us playing loud music all the time. My downstairs neighbor would constantly bang on my floor because my 10 month old was "walking" too loud. -There was a HUGE roach found in my bathroom, which was pretty disgusting. Overall the place was aesthetically pleasing, which I liked. Probably not the best apartment for families, due to the thin walls.

However, almost 2 weeks ago I went into the office to address a parking issue which has since been ridiculous. I come home and literally there is no parking! I addressed the issue to the staff that a lot of the vehicles parked here have no parking permit. Out of state cars, cars I see consistently parked day in/day out. Erica makes excuses for these people stating 1. they have tow trucks driving thru here all the time to ensure people comply (which is a lie because then more than 20 cars would be towed already) 2. the residents here must have lost/damaged their tags and never come to the office to replace it 3. they have overnight guests 4. guests are visiting for the day (every day and night?!?!) All of which are not my problem. Everyone signed the contract stating permit parking only and if you have overnight guests they must contact the office to obtain a temp permit, also a big ass sign at the entry gate saying permit parking only!! Everyone who lives here are adults, treat them like one! Tow their damn cars for not complying otherwise revise your contract regarding permit parking and remove the sign out front. And while you're at it, remove the gates too. Clearly anyone can enter thru the 'exit' gate not using a code or the remote. Leasing staff is aware but have no done anything about it. Just remove those gates altogether. Might as well.

Lots of break ins. Cops showed up at our door at 3AM because someone tried to steal my bf's motorcycle. We moved out for a couple reasons. First reason being, I was 37 weeks pregnant and also had a toddler and the people below us were smoking weed and the smell was coming into our apartment, we complained the office sent a notice of no weed smoking that's it. I gave birth, it still smelled like weed. Told the office, they came and put air freshener in my apartment... STILL stunk... told them again and nothing. My point is, they literally did NOTHING to help. Also, they raised our rent just a year after we lived there. The office girls are so rude also.
