The toilet ran consistently and there was a crack in the bathroom ceiling and it looked like water leaked. There were very few guests but they put us in a room at the far end of the entrance. We did tell them that we were handicapped. To make matters worse there was a semi with a refrigeration unit running just outside our room. The driver could have parked anywhere in the lot but had to park by our room. I complained to the clerk but nothing was done to correct the problem. I would not recommend this hotel for these reasons. Sometimes a good price is just not worth it.

I paid the upgrade fee to get a room on the first floor near an exit door. When I went into the bathroom, it was obvious the shower had not been cleaned. There was a dirty, wet towel on the shower floor and the floor itself was filthy. We were only a few hours from home, so I skipped showering altogether. It felt more like a rundown motel than a Hilton. The bed wasn't much better--the fitted sheet kept popping off because it wasn't the correct size. We were exhausted, so we tried calling the front desk for help, but the phone just rang and rang. Does anyone even work here? Like I said, we needed to get straight to bed. Personal reason for why I wasn't able to go to the front desk when we arrived. On this trip alone, I stayed at four different Hilton properties and didn't have a single problem anywhere else. This experience was completely unacceptable. Dirty, one towel for 3 nights (no housekeeping until the 4th day of stay) and an attitude when you try to get towels from the desk. Checkout is at 11, got to my room after closing ceremonies at 1105 to grab bags (I checked in 20 minutes after guaranteed time, mind you) to find the room key was deactivated. Staff couldn't open the door for me, to retrieve my already packed bags, "by new policy this morning". Also, the conference area is through the casino- so you have to show your ID to even attend the conference WHICH THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ENTRY OPTION. This is a horrible establishment, of which's operating procedures also make absolutely no sense. 0/10, would not recommend.

Once you find it (not close to entry doors) there were 4 green lighted check in "registers" but only 2 people to check people in. So then you have to walk quite some distance to get to the elevators... find you no one is helping you carry the bags nor was there a cart to use. of course the room is very end of the hall, but not a problem. However, the room did have a fly in it. Not sure where it went. I then looked room service and there is what you have to scan QR code that brings up a website that doesn't work very well, so you have to reload it several times. Once over that hump there's only one restaurant that is open at 8:20 PM. And you can't order room service from anywhere else. What the hell? OK so instead of wrestling with the Bad website, I decided to go down and order to go. Mind you I didn't see that you could do this from the Room Room or the QR code website. I have to look it up on a different website. So I go down there and the single restaurant that was open was pretty unimpressive. After I ordered and paid for mine to go, I saw bug crawling across the counter. Once back in my room, there was a mosquito in there I mean again what the hell? As I ate the pad Thai, it really wasn't all that good so I don't even know how this place is making money except for the gambling. And there is a place to get money at every turn you make. I would like to never stay here again.
