If you don't add in tips they'll put no effort in. They also can't cut east Asian hair that sticks out, from what I seen, even the Asian barbers. Please avoid at all costs.

Hilda did an amazing job at easing their worries and also including them and letting them know every step she made. She was so comforting. When you first walk inside there is a guy at this window trying to quickly size up what your purpose to the shop is. And although it was a bit strange by normal standards, I realize that this shop is a far cry from the chaotic "anything goes" type shops I've heard about around here. The waiting area up front is seperated from the chairs in the back. Which ironically made the shop feel a lot calmer than normal shops Where everybody is sitting in one room screaming, debating, or trying to get their point across. I was alarmed when a lot of older guys walked in and went right past me and into the chair ahead of me after waiting 30 mins. But the cut was worth the wait.
