Each time I interact with Clarence and his team, I am always satisfied. And in all events, those getting the massages were very happy with the Massage Therapists that were providing the chair massages. More specifically, this past week at Leaman, I heard several people tell me that Daniel was AMAZING! The team sets up their chairs, a table with information, and does their best to set the mood in any space. They dimmed the lighting and turned on music to drown out all other sounds. It really allows the person getting the massage to escape the busy surroundings for the 15 minutes they get the massage. I would highly recommend them for any event you may want Chair Massages for. I am just sad that this place is not near where I live and that we just went here on vacation. I made a reservation ahead of time for us all via phone and had to put a 50% deposit down to book. Both times I tried calling, they answered right away; no issues with communicating & with questions I had. When we first entered, they had us fill out some forms, which asked us about things like injuries, pregnancy, where we wanted focused areas. I don't believe my masseuse read the form because she asked me before my massage started where I wanted focused areas, but this wasn't a huge issue for me. I was just curious what was the point of asking it on the form if they didn't look at it; maybe they did & she just wanted to confirm, I'm not sure. At the beginning of my massage, she asked me if stretching was OK, what I wanted focused on, and confirmed I didn't want her to step on my back, which I appreciated all of these being asked. She did stretch me with my permission, which was amazing & exactly what I needed. She made sure to also confirm the pressure of her massages were okay with me as well a couple of times during the massage. Some of my friends got warm beds. Unfortunately, mine wasn't and my room was pretty cold. When the blanket was moved from my body, I was pretty cold. This is probably my only complaint about the entire experience. I definitely want to come back if I'm in the area again.

The room came with a private change room, complete with a shower, a closet with a robe, slippers, towels and some toiletries. If you're staying in the hotel, you're welcome to use/take back to your hotel room. My masseuse, Lisa, was so professional and so gentle. She really made me feel rested and relaxed between the eye mask, foot scrub/rub, heated blankets and her massage. 60 minutes is never enough so ALWAYS opt for more time! After freshening up, she offered me some citrus water and escorted me to their zero-gravity room while I sat in their massage chair waiting for the indention from the pillow cushion to leave my face. My biggest feedback for them would be to have more info on their website about the pool access and what's offered (towels, robes) and how long we have pool access (it's all day, btw).
