The salon was clean and very modern , when we first walked in. Immediately, CHRISTIAN greeted us with a friendly smile and a welcome. He was informative and took care of us. The pedicures were amazing. We chose the MUD PEDI, which was heaven. The nail techs, we're very talented and their detail to our toe nails was unexpected. I've never had such detail done to every nail bed on my feet! MALISSA & BRITTNEY made our legs and feet feel amazing! God bless them both. The staff were happy and helpful. Nana was kind enough to take me as one of her last appointments before the stay at home. It began by her Being 1:30 hours late getting started. She took off $5 for that. I thought things where fine until I got up the road and noticed my left hand and right where different shapes. I messaged the tech and she never replied. I've been getting my nails done for 16 years so this is clearly a rush job but to not reply afterwards is unacceptable. I had been looking around my work place for a quick place to book an appointment in to get my nails done before my birthday, and they got me in the same day. They had a problem with the system, or my name hadn't been added to the bookings but despite that they took me anyway and gave me exactly what I asked for. This is the first time I have been this impressed with the quality of my nails, and how long they've held up even two weeks later. I also liked that they didn't over file my nail and were incredibly gentle the whole time. I really felt like they gave me exactly what I asked for, and not what they thought was best for me like other nail salons. I will most definitely be coming back! read more

Just moved here from New York and I was looking for a place to go to get my nails done. This place was pretty close to my house so I stopped in. Lucy greeted me right at the door and took me right over for my pedicure (no appointment needed) pedicure was amazing and lasted a good amount of time. I got a gel dip with nails right after. Lucy was great and did such a good job with my nails! She took her time and every little detail was done carefully. I love them and everyone there was so friendly! Will be going back! read more

The nail tech suggested a service and I said okay then complained about having to do that service to her coworkers in Spanish and also was making comments about me as well... little did she know I understand Spanish. if i could rate less, i would... i went in with my husband and sister in law the day before mother's day; all three of us got pedicures and my sis in law and i got gel manicures. after waiting patiently to get seated, there were only two people available to start, which is fine.. and you would think that they would start on the two women getting 2 services for mother's day, but no... they started on my sis in law and husband so i was left sitting there for almost an hour.. which then left my husband sitting there for over an hour bc now he had to wait for both of MY services to get done, like what sense does that make??? that's not even the worst of it... ‼THIS PLACE IS DIRTY‼ it looks nice in the pictures and their decor is beautiful, but i come from california so i look at everything... why did they place the SAME towel on my legs that they used on my husband??? their tools were NOT STERILE.. THEY USE THE SAME TOOLS ON EVERYONE AND DO NOT CLEAN THEM... my husband has developed an INFECTION in his toes.. i tried doing something nice for my sis in law on our visit and will be sure that she NEVER RETURNS. also huge communication barrier, which is okay for the most part but they should know BASIC request terms?? for example, i got a french tip and one finger was totally crooked and thick on just one side.. the girl was super sweet, but didn't understand until it was too late and her solution was to file my nail crooked like what? I hate to even write this review, as I have had some wonderful experiences at this nail salon in the past, but the events that occurred yesterday were unacceptable. I made an appointment for two people at 4PM on Friday with the owner (Gally) and another girl (Jasmine). I scheduled for a hard gel manicure(mine) with Gally and a regular gel polish manicure(for my BFF) with Jasmine. I was prompt and arrived inside at 3:55PM. My plus one was sick, so she was not able to make it. When I got there I was told, by Gally, that she was running behind and she was glad my friend wasn't able to make her appointment. At this point, I was fine with everything because they were still going to *squeeze me in* and do my nails. So the owners son started removing my gel polish (that I'd had put on two weeks prior at the same salon). He files it off and wraps my nails. Then Jasmine says she'll take over. We discuss what colors I want, then she proceeds to tell me she doesn't do hard gel, only acrylics. I offered to do acrylics or really anything at this point. She refuses to do it. She quickly scrapes my nails with a tool and takes me up to the front to reschedule an appointment because she has "another appointment". Mind you, the salon is 30 minutes from my house. All of the employees kept saying they had 5PM or 5:15PM appointments. My issue is: I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TOO. Why is mine so much less important and inconvenient for everyone? You'd think since I made an appointment for literally TWO people I'd be able to AT LEAST get my nails done. They sent me out the door with out so much as a clear coat on my nails. I walked out the door at 4:38PM. I write this review because I was not even glanced at by the owner during this event. The only person who even really apologized for this huge inconvenience was Erika(my usual girl). They lost two regular customers today. If you do happen to go to couture nail bar, I suggest Erika or Cheryl. read more

This place is a mixture of industrial and glam chic. First time I've gotten my nails done since 2015! I got an acrylic full set, with tips, but short and with gel polish. Twee took great care of me after I had been waiting around all day for another well known salon to take me and I was their 3rd walk-in for the day. Good price and good atmosphere. Great location too! Close to my house and she gave me a discount. I will be returning after my set grows out a bit lol. I love the offer of water, wine, beer & margaritas while you wait and while you are getting your nails done. Also my nails look natural! read more

Got a pedicure with friends, I haven't had one in forever so I decided to treat myself with one of their more expensive pedis, being $75. I think it was called volcano? Idk, I don't remember, not important. The girl was nice, younger girl, i picked out my color and all that cool stuff. Now remind you, I work 3rd shift, I'm on my feet all the time so my feet are rough and have dead skin. Not once did she get any of the dead skin off or even scrub my feet, like it was just this light scrubbing that clearly didn't do anything, my feet felt a little "softer" but I could have literally used the things I have at home to have my feet feel this way. My friend asked why was there still all this dead skin and roughness, she gave a blank stare and replied with "I put on a collagen mask to help with that" and kind of shrugged her shoulders. I just kind of took it and was like okay maybe the dead skin will fall off, we'll then I get to the register and my total goes from $75 to $90!!! Oh and not to mention when she was cutting my cuticles, she cut me multiple times, but again, I shrug it off because it's not the end of the world. But NINTY dollars to do something I could have done at home, not to mention a WAY BETTER AND CHEAPER outcome. I didn't ask why it was that much but I should have. Could have been the gel polish but seriously? $90 for what? To have my feet and legs rubbed on barely? My friend had a wonderful person, she really massaged her and made her feel relaxed. She paid $40. I pay $90 for what? Talk about unhappy and I will never be back. Absolutely ridiculous. !!!!0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

Don't waste your money! Owner was yelling at employee about how she didn't clean bowls correctly, while clients were present. Very rude and unprofessional. My pedicure was ok, but not relaxing at all after she implied salon was unsanitary. No structure and will not be going back. read more
