We came here on the Wine tasting weekend getaway. Had a great experience - greeted & seated right away. Had white & red wine flights with a snack. Enjoyed the wines esp Syrah (and we tend to favor white wines) !

They have a large parking lot, large tasting room, and friendly staff. They mostly have dry wines but they also have a sweet wine flight which I ordered and enjoyed.

    Sweet White Flight

The best wine we had while in Sedona. We visited four wineries during our stay and Cove Mesa was the clear star of the show. The variety of wine flights provided a personal selection for each individual in our party of five.

While leaving Cornville, my husband and I discovered the Cove Mesa Vineyard Winery and Tasting Room and decided to visit. Cindy, the owner, welcomed us warmly and recommended some wines. We chose two different flights to taste a selection of their wines, all of which were exquisite. The 2021 Tempranillo and the 2022 Syrah were our favorites. We also had the potato flatbread, which was simply delicious. We were glad we made the stop and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We look forward to returning next time we're in the area.

Really enjoyed the wine tasting in Cornville. It was a close drive to Cottonwood where we tried a few other wineries, but Cove Mesa was our favorite.

The Cove Mesa tasting room has moved and improved. We attended a meeting of the Verde Valley Wine Consortium here. Emil and Cindy provided us a taste of some of their award-winning wines and charcuterie. Most delicious! In addition to making fine wines, Emil is active on the Consortium, and Cindy showcased her custom-made truffles and pizza. The experience was great! The tasting room is conveniently located on Cornville Road at Page Springs Road. Dillon tells us the room gets busy on weekends, as people in the Village of Oak Creek have discovered easy access via Beaver Flat Road, and tour busses from Phoenix drop by regularly. I was impressed with all three wines, and I can see why they are winning medals.

We were recommended this tasting room by a hostess from a nearby tasting room, but we were just a bit disappointed. The main culprit for the group seemed to be the facility, but their wines didn't help matters. Obviously, everyone has their own taste preferences for wine, and we had over 10 folks in our group, but for the most part, folks did not enjoy their wines. I had the Reserve Red flight and felt that the first two were ok, but the 2020 Syrah was the star of the bunch. At $24 though I think it was a bit expensive as well. The space is rather large and cavernous with almost an industrous building esthetic with exposed ceiling ducts. It really did feel more like a nice beer hall. The staff were very friendly and accomodative of such a big group. Service was mostly prompt and their suggestion of the potato pizza was great; it was uniquely delicious. I get the feeling that perhaps the newness of the place had some appeal to folks? It's difficult to cultivate good wines for younger vineyards, and while the large number of varieties may be nice to have on the menu, at least for us, there were few quality wines.

Roadside winery that has lots of seating (bar, inside, covered outside patio - dog friendly!). They seem like they just celebrated their 1 year celebration and they've already won best 2023 Arizona winery. This is also the place if you're hungry AND you want a wine tasting! I did the white and rose flight and the 2 rose's were amazing! Then I tried the Pink Lady wine spritzer which added a little fruity sweetness. Chris was hard working behind the counter for a whole room of visitors, wine tours also stop by here but there's plenty of room! This is the newer location since October 2022! (Some older reviews mention airport warehouse location = former old.)

We came to this winery as part of a tour and the wine is amazing!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! The sangria is refreshing also!

We loved our visit! We were a party of 6, friends enjoying a long weekend in the area. We ordered flights and some food, everything came out quickly by the friendly staff. The noise level is quite high inside, very lively. Sit outside if you have pets or prefer not to yell to talk with your neighbor.

Chris and Elizabeth are the best! They made us feel so warm and so welcome at the winery. Highly recommended if you want an enjoyable, down to earth wine tasting experience that makes you feel like family.

Upon arriving I walked up behind a family of three. We obeyed the sign and waited outside for seating. Someone showed up with three menus and took the family. I was left standing there for another 5 minutes. The lady who came by, happened to come over but it was not to get me. She told me to sit and did not offer a menu. 2 I went to an empty table. All seats had water. I asked the waitress for a napkin so that I could dry the seats. She said, "oh I got it" and then came to wipe the seats down with a wet dish rag. I was flabbergasted. I asked for a napkin and pointed out that the rag was wet and she said we are out of napkins. I said okay maybe a dry rag?! I watched people receive food water. Some tables received multiple waters. Me....nothing. 3. After 10-12 minutes I ordered wine and tried to order tacos. It was 2:30 and apparently the food truck was closed. I ordered spinach and artichoke dip.!the plate came out beautifully but had tons of fresh cucumber and veggies. I'm allergic to cucumber. I say I'm so sorry but I'm allergic. The response, "can I just take that off?" Ummm...no. The cucumber is on top of the bread. 4. Not the views I was hoping for. 5. I just wasn't pleased. I'm not sure if it is because I was a solo diner and easy to overlook or what but this place just made a pleasant Arizona trip a little sour.

He was really friendly, just chatting with us and even gave us a little tour. He took us to his wine cellar, showed us how his champagne is made, and the barrels for his white and red wines. It was so cool, we definitely learned a lot from Rod. Rod really takes care of this place; he built everything from scratch, which is pretty amazing. He told us "Coulee" means canyon, learning something new every day. The whole place is really nice. Indoor and outdoor seating, covered patio, party room, even a park area.
