They contacted our previous vet for us to get records and even patiently waited when "put on hold" to get further details about previous treatments. All questions were kindly answered, our input was welcomed, and we were included in all of the treatment (drawing blood, administering fluids...). Just a couple of hours after the appointment, we were emailed a detailed (4 pages) document, recording all that transpired during the visit. The only downside I've encountered is that the wait can be long- even with a scheduled appointment. Their prices are low and they provide excellent care, which makes them very popular. One time I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. He had extensive injuries. When they saw he was bleeding, they immediately moved me to the front of the line, gave him emergency surgery and kept him overnight, for a mere $500. The emergency vet would have been thousands more. They're not an emergency vet, but they saved my dog's life and continue to take care of my 16 year old. If you can be flexible regarding wait times, they are top notch.

The new vet could not understand what any vet would assume that. Well her blood work was perfect and she got some teeth removed and is fine. Someone who likes to terrorizes people by guessing that their dog has to have palliative care without any proof should not be a vet! Lola is now doing great!

Our cats are indifferent, but the staff makes them comfortable. We love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Even though our cats are fine with dogs, I know many are not, so this makes things a lot easier for pet owners. Twin Maples also has an on-site hospital, so they can handle emergencies as well. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting our pets in when they are sick. The staff is also great at returning our phone calls and letting us speak with the vets on the phone with questions. We like them so much that after we had a horrible experience with Paws Inn on Kingsridge with the cats we co-own with a family member, we moved them over to Twin Maples and have been very pleased with the switch.

All I had was the money for steroids, but if they were gonna charge me $70 to do a ear swab, I would've thought that I mean come on now you could've at least given her the medication for her ear and let me pay for the steroids instead of trying to refer her to one surgeon they could cost up to $2500. they may not even be able to do the surgery to go to another doctor that would cost over $5000 to take her ear canal out and because I couldn't afford the vet cost or get any help with it through fundraising and donations and things they suggested I put my dog down

The entryway is crowded and the front area staff never seem very interested in helping anyone. Everyone is nice, I just think this vet is very overpriced for mediocre care and lack of true engagement from the staff.
