She barely touched my dog and didn't seem to want to spend the time on the exam. I saw what seemed to be a daycare dog standing out in the rain the whole time I was there (it didn't look like it was enjoying it). The entryway is crowded and the front area staff never seem very interested in helping anyone. Everyone is nice, I just think this vet is very overpriced for mediocre care and lack of true engagement from the staff.

I had an Incident where i had to take one dog to medvet emergency and the next day the same issue with my other dog during office hours where Moore could see them. They got far better care for a lot cheaper at Moore than at medvet! I'd recommend them 10 fold!!

They contacted our previous vet for us to get records and even patiently waited when "put on hold" to get further details about previous treatments. All questions were kindly answered, our input was welcomed, and we were included in all of the treatment (drawing blood, administering fluids...). Just a couple of hours after the appointment, we were emailed a detailed (4 pages) document, recording all that transpired during the visit. To top it all off, everything was affordable and everyone was so very pleasant!

All staff was very understanding and went out of their way to answer any questions and advise us. Our cats are indifferent, but the staff makes them comfortable. We love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Even though our cats are fine with dogs, I know many are not, so this makes things a lot easier for pet owners. Twin Maples also has an on-site hospital, so they can handle emergencies as well. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting our pets in when they are sick. The staff is also great at returning our phone calls and letting us speak with the vets on the phone with questions. We like them so much that after we had a horrible experience with Paws Inn on Kingsridge with the cats we co-own with a family member, we moved them over to Twin Maples and have been very pleased with the switch.

Putting the dogs comfort first. we brought here in immediately when we returned back. years later it was time to say goodbye to our baby . She had been paralyzed for years and was suffering. They made it that hard heart breaking day as easy as it could be. They sent us a thoughtful card and wild flowers to plant as a remembrance. the only thing i don't like about this place is since covid you can't come in with your pet. When it's saying goodbye to your pet visit of course they let you come in. They have you come in the side door.

Back when we could go in to the building, the place was always tidy, the rooms were painted welcoming colors and the staff was always friendly to our pet, and us and that's how it should be. They are here to help them deal with whatever and explain to us what might be going on. Commend them on this. Now we pull in, if they don't come out immediately, we just call the number, give them our dogs name and the spot # we are parked at. It's a little odd but it is what it is. Hopefully this virus thing will be over soon and we can get back to normal.
