Elina and Sophia patiently answered all of my questions and helped guide us through the entire process with compassion and understanding. Shannon and Andre were wonderful on the day of the service -- professional, organized, caring, and incredibly helpful to our family and guests. The service for my mother was beautiful, and we truly appreciated the care and respect that was shown to her and to our family. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this mortuary to anyone looking for pre-need services or at-need funeral services for a loved one. Thank you all for helping us through such a difficult time.

Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. They were prepared when I came in to discuss the services my mother had pre-arranged 23 years ago. This did make it easier and I was impressed at how quickly they were able to produce a copy of her plan. There were many additional options I could have chosen but I never felt pressured to buy anything additional. There were some things I needed to pay for, but the cost was reasonable to me. The day of the service we were assigned two people to help facilitate. They were both professional and most importantly, helpful. The main chapel room was beautiful. My mother's casket was placed at the center and a tiered table was set up to the right for items we had brought to display. Three large screen TVs displayed the picture we used for her obituary. I was impressed with the whole set up particularly because it was not something I had even considered in my grief. Lastly, the assistance they provided in writing her obituary was such a relief. They took information I provided and sent me a well written draft. It needed very little editing and was quickly ready and posted to their website. My husband and I will be returning to make our own prearrangements within this next year. Thank you, Draper Mortuary, for making this difficult task a pleasant and swift experience.

Father Kenneth was terrific and spoke with a heart and passion for our Lord Jesus Christ and truly touched the hearts in attendance. Gerardo Gamez with Continental was a blessing not only at the chapel and service but also at the cemetary burial and prayer session. Gerardo showed the love of Christ and for our family and friends. What an amazing brother. The preparation, set up and floral arrangements as well as Irene's viewing and casket were done so nicely and with love and respect. From making arrangements on the phone with Continental staff (Brayan, Jose and others) to the actual service and burial Continental was first class and so compassionate and caring. Highly recommended.

It is very sad to write this review. You would think that…read moreduring the most difficult time a family can be going through the people at this funeral home would make easier for us to say our goodbyes. Veronica, the person who assisted me was beyond unprofessional, from not returning our phone calls to not caring about it at all, lack of communication, mismanaged, bad coordination. We had two services in one day in Ontario and one service in Orange, It was so difficult for both our families, this woman didn't coordinate accordingly. We got wrong information about the dates and time. We didn't get any prayer cards for the second service. We asked to use a private room, the asked us go behind the curtains in a hot small area during a hot day. The air conditioning was turned off exactly at the end of the service even though they said we didn't have to leave right away. L If you want to add more pain and suffering use their services. I wish I had not. So disappointed with Veronica and everyone else.

If you're looking for a mortuary with horrible customer service, poor communication, and zero…read moreempathy, this is the place. I would never recommend this mortuary to anyone going through the loss of a loved one. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Every time I called, I was told someone would call me back, but I never received a callback. I eventually had to text our funeral director, Annie, myself. Even then, she was extremely unhelpful and acted as if I was lying about trying to contact them. At one point she told me she would call me back in "a second," and it took over an hour. When she finally did call, she acted irritated that I was simply asking for the exact balance owed so I could get a cashier's check since they also charge an outrageous credit card fee. The day of the service was another disappointment. We had around 100 people attend my mother's service, yet they only printed 20 memorial cards. I specifically requested the cards be printed in both English and Spanish, but they were only done in English. Our family went about 40 minutes over the scheduled time, which I understand can happen, but this was the last time we would ever see my mother physically here on earth. Instead of showing compassion, the mortuary and church staff made us feel rushed and unwanted, practically pushing us out the door despite there not being another service afterward. To make matters worse, they charged us for supposedly going over by two full hours, even though my mother's body was taken around 6:40 PM and we were definitely not there until 8 PM. When I asked for proof or clarification, Annie completely dismissed my concerns. They also added a cleaning fee even though we left the space spotless. At the end of the day, this mortuary seems more focused on squeezing money out of grieving families than treating them with compassion and respect. Please be careful and consider choosing another mortuary for your loved one.

During one of the most difficult times for our family, we were treated with very LITTLE COMPASSION or CONSIDERATION . Instead of feeling supported, we felt rushed, inconvenienced, and pressured on time towards the end. What made the situation even worse was being charged ADDITIONAL MONEY simply because things took longer than their "expected" timeframe. Grieving families should not be made to feel like they are on a timer or punished financially during such an EMOTIONAL moment. A mortuary should operate with EMPATHY , patience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience felt COLD, TRANSACTIONAL, and INSENSITIVE
