The store owner, Chris, was so knowledgeable and welcoming when I called him. He gave me clear directions on how to find his store and that they could easily replace the batteries on 2 watches that we needed fixed. His prices were significantly cheaper than anyone else that quoted me, and the batteries on 2 watches were replaced in 20 minutes (at most). In addition, Chris was so generous and spent extra care to make sure that we were satisfied with the service (even taking an extra few minutes to deep clean our watches, free of charge!). She wrote it down in very easy to read handwriting and was told to pick it up at the end of the evening. Hours later we made a trip back in to pick it up only to find that the the words engraved were inverted, which made the quote make no logical sense. We wasted almost an hour of time for them to correct the mistake which pushed all of our wedding errands back an hour also. They were apologetic but the damage was done and it was just frustrating that no one checked the item once it was first engraved.
