However, she forgot to add a hanger to the frame, so I had to take care of it myself when I got home from vacation. Obviously you don't hammer a screw. *face palm* Plus the frame was thicker than I thought..... I was rather bummed and frustrated cause I couldn't wait to get it up! So I called the closest framing store to see how much it would be to get a hook on it, to my surprise Steven, the Gallery Director said "Come on in! I would love to help you free of charge." Which he did... Even though I didn't have to pay, I definitely want to go back and give them my business and you should too!! They even have some amazing art pieces for sale. When I dropped off the frame for the glass replacement, I was told it will be ready by end of day and I would receive a call. Fifteen minutes before their closing, although I had not received a call, I stopped by to pick up the order. They provided a complimentary hook to hang the frame. On a Friday, I dropped the frame for the stand attachment. I was given an estimation of ten days, including a week to order the stand. The following week on a Saturday, I decided to check if the stand had been received and find when the frame would be ready for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised the frame was ready for pickup as the job was done several days earlier. Although happy with their service, their communication could definitely be improved.
