He offered to drive to our location himself to make things right and asked what could be done to fix the situation. He also patiently listened while I explained everything in detail. I declined his offer for additional services, but was reimbursed for the money I'd paid. Whatever issues the company had while servicing my family appear to have been addressed. If everyone is now operating as this manager is, I'd consider giving Conserv a chance.
