I'm not one to write bad reviews, but today was the last straw. I walked in with my mother, looking for a birthday brunch dress. I had thought to the store was empty, but turns out they were in the back, sitting, talking about their relationships. Not only that, but they were recording an Instagram reel, even though they had both made eye contact with me. It wasn't until 20 minutes of me being in the store, they started to put away merchandise. This store has cute clothing - for a good price - but the customer service is what I do not look forward to. Thank Ruby and Jenna, but no, you will not catch me in this store again!

I had a very uncomfortable experience here. As soon as I walked in, instead of being greeted with a…read moresimple "Welcome" or "Hi, let us know if you need anything," the first thing I was asked was, "Are you okay?" It immediately made me feel judged rather than welcomed. While I was in the fitting room, I was asked again if I was okay. I replied, "Yes, I'm just getting changed." After that, I heard someone respond, "Okay," followed by what sounded like chuckling. Whether it was directed at me or not, it made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. The whole experience left me feeling like the staff assumed I couldn't afford to shop there or that I didn't belong in the store. I can't know what they were thinking, but that's genuinely how their behavior came across to me. I left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and unlikely to return. I hope the staff can be more mindful of how they greet and treat customers so everyone feels respected, regardless of how they look when they walk through the door. When I did leave they were very nice. But that might only be because they saw I could actually afford something.

Today, October 17 at 1:25 I went in because a light pair of Jeans I bought and just wore was pointed out by my coworkers that it had a light line band going across one of the legs and it was obvious because the darker part on the right of it is where the long sticker with the Jean size is written was. I didn't notice it until I wore it but knew I couldn't wear them again because it was then obvious and cheap looking. So I figured I would go in and show them, I had the tickets and I'm definitely in their system if they wanted to check. But when I walked in to show them it took a while to get someone's attention. A women eventually came up, not happy and I explained it to her. She didn't even pick up the Jean and look at it, she just frustratingly said every Jean is different but it wasn't that type of complaint, I know that. She also suggested I could look at another pair to see she is right. As I turned around, she was complaining about me and talking about me. I couldn't believe it.. I picked up a pair but it clearly did not have that. I told her I don't see it on these and she just looked at me. I walked out and then walked back in to give her my jeans and tell her she can just throw them out. It wasn't that she ultimately couldn't do anything but her approach, explanation and lack of effort to even look at my jeans and say anything nice was so against anything I would ever say or do to a customer. Very disappointing. Horrible experience! Wish I took pictures but it's done, won't be shopping there for jeans anymore.
