Easily located on Voice Rd off Glen Cove Rd. Limited parking in front but a big parking lot across the street for the shopping center. You walk into rows and rows of suits with an ample display for shirts, ties some shoe and plenty of socks. They have an incredible helpful staff here who has always worked with me to get exactly what I'm looking for. I have never felt that anyone was trying to oversell me. The sales people are always very knowledgeable. They know their inventory and make the shopping experience very easy. I once purchased a suit knowing that I needed it that evening and they did all the tailor work while I waited. The quality of the suites have always been good and have lasted me for years! Of course he loves his bomber jacket! What 8 year old wouldn't. A number of moms have asked me about the jacked and I always direct them to Roberts. In February I planned to shop around for his Communion suit. When we left my son turned to me and said "I want to get my suit from there." Don't take me to more places I like her suits and I want to get it from this store. Surprised, I said "fine we'll come back in a week or two." Needless to say... the world shut down from the Coronavirus. His Communion was delayed until September. When we were notified of the new date in September my son turned to me and said are we going to Roberts? I need to get my suit, and I only want to go to that one store. He got his suit - he picked it out and felt so handsome in his navy-blue, Italian suit. He looked amazing but I'm bias. The two women in the store had masks on and handled my son who finds everything itching or restrictive perfectly. I can't say how much it meant for him to love what he picked out after living with so much uncertainty. Thank you thank you! His Communion day was a very special day. It was the first real celebration we have had. We have shopped at Roberts for Cub Scouting great as well.

I noticed a lot of the women's shoes that are on the shelves as of July 2026 are made of man made leather and not many leather options. I know it depends on the time of year but I found this to be quite disappointing especially when a lot of the shoes are $49 and up. With any Nordstrom Rack the inventory can change weekly. I want to put that disclaimer out there. During my recent visit, I did see some dresses in the rack that had some rips. Really visible ones and it was shocking. They were on a sale rack but they were visibly and terribly damaged. When we were in the store, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. I felt a little bothered by this as it did not seem on brand. We were in the store for about an hour and 15 minutes most recently. It may have been that it was about an hour before closing. When the location was closing, the person was very kind on the intercom and it was so nice. I remember being in Saks 5th Avenue a couple of years ago and they were yelling at customers to get out. The kind goodbye without feeling rushed felt like nice hospitality that would make one want to return to shop. Please note this location is on the second floor and an escalator or elevator is offered to arrive on the second level.

The store has strong inventory of brand-name shoes and designer handbags. Unlike some discount stores, the clearance racks still feature recognizable high-end brands. It operates like a treasure hunt, meaning if you see something you like in your size, you should grab it immediately. The store is relatively well-organized. The fitting rooms offer great lighting and the parking is usually ample, except on peak holiday or weekend afternoons. I commend floor staff for being kind and helpful. However, I have noted that limited open registers can result in slow or backed-up lines during the weekends.

I have been a customer of Kohl's for many years. They used to have such great prices, and a very…read moregenerous coupon policy....and then, new Corporate Management came along and decided to F*ck that up! Well the result was, business took a complete nose dive for a few years. But seriously, we were able to use discount codes on top of already discounted items and clearance items. We were able to use discount coupons on designer goods also! Then....all that changed, and there were strict restrictions on what you could or couldn't use the discounts on. Times are rough and people are hurting. These coupon restrictions really hurt the customers, and ultimately hurt Kohl's in return! Not a very smart move on their part! Fast forward to 2025/2026 and new Corporate Management lifted some (not all) of the discount coupon restrictions...and some of their customers came back! Imagine that! So kudos to Kohl's for correcting their mistakes. Your customers appreciate it! Also note that Kohl's will have a "Deal Bar", coming soon to all stores! It will be located in front of the store; offering various items for $10 or less! Can't wait to see what they'll be offering! They will also have a "Deal Bar" online, with deals for $5 or less. This Jericho locations is usually great. The floor space is large and well organized. My only complaint is that there are never enough cashiers (usually only one or two cashiers). There are self checkout registers though. But these days, I mostly order online and do online pickup. Folks, this is a game changer! Not only do you not over-shop and buy things you shouldn't; you just show up, pickup your package and leave! No lines, no waiting! I must say, their online pickup area is usually well maintained and it's easy to find your package. There have been a few times that I couldn't find my pkg but there's usually someone around who can help you. So kudos to Kohl's for making a comeback! A very disappointing (and costly) experience. A month ago, I ordered a 'made-to-measure'…read moredouble-breasted suit from this store in anticipation of a dinner-party I have to attend in late August. First, I was told that in order to guarantee the suit's availability within that time frame, I'd have to pay an additional $150 fee over the cost of the suit. I reluctantly agreed, and thereafter was "measured" for my suit by trying on various slacks and ill-fitting jackets. The process was so unnerving that a few days layer I telephone the shop and inquired about how much time it would take to make major adjustments to the jacket should it prove necessary, and was told not to worry. On August 17th, not having heard from the shop, I telephone them, only to be told the suit was "in" and I should come in for my final fitting. When I inquired as to why no one had informed me of the suit's arrival, I was simply told someone must have called! In any event, I went in the following day and, sure enough, the jacket didn't fit properly. Told again not to worry, the adjustments necessary would be made and the suit would be ready on August 26th. I picked up the suit today (August 26th) and no adjustments were made to the jacket. Rather than argue, I took the suit immediately to my tailor for adjustment. We are both hoping the jacket can be properly modified. Also, another annoyance (though minor) is that when I purchased the suit, they asked for my initials so they could be sewn into the lining. No initials were ever sewn into the lining). All in all, not a first-class operation at all. I'm just glad I had the foresight to purchase another suit off the rack for the dinner-party!
