One year ago, I posted a negative, 1-star Yelp review of this dry cleaner because the owner opened and closed the shop at times other than those posted on the shop's front door. This was extremely frustrating, and I gave up on this small business. Fast forward to a few days ago, when I received a posted reply to my year-old post notifying me that the business was under new ownership. I decided to revisit this shop to see for myself, and I am glad I did so. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a young lady with a "Hi, welcome" and a big smile. I replied, "Thank you and welcome to the neighborhood." The new owner (Maria) and I had a two- or three-minute conversation about the new business and how she and her husband had taken it over. Maria further shared that she was aware of the many negative issues regarding the previous owner and that she and her family were going to do their best to provide great, timely service in order to win back customers who had given up on the business. After speaking with Maria and observing the major improvements to the shop, including new lighting, walls, and framing, I advised her that I was happy to give her business another try. Maria replied with what I felt was an honest "thank you." I handed Maria my daughter's marching band costume for a Las Vegas field performance with her school band. I explained to Maria that I only needed the costume pressed, but I had to have it ready for pickup within three days. Maria advised that this was no problem whatsoever, and with that, I thanked Maria and left the location. Fast forward to less than 24 hours later. I received a phone call from Maria advising me that my daughter's costume was pressed and ready for pick up. WHAT!!! "Are you kidding?" This was AMAZING, and lightning-fast service, and I was truly thankful and impressed. Maria proved to me that she and her family are truly the real deal and will do everything to win back customers and make new ones. The icing on the cake for me was the pricing: this new shop offers better pricing than any other dry cleaner, as well as GREAT, honest, and professional customer service. They were the second quote I used to repair a zipper on my favorite Arcteryx winter jacket. Another place had told me it would be extremely costly ( $60!) but Nice Cleaners said they would ask their tailor to evaluate . They had to replace the zipper, but they chose a silver gray color zip that was also the color of the Arcteryx logo. All for only $28. The repair is perfect and it looks like the zipper is meant for the jacket. The front staff ladies were also very pleasant and called me to update the progress of the repair. I've come here a few times prior and Alfonso was great. Then he left and this place is no longer functional. I came in to get an altercation on 2 pants (shortened) on a Tuesday and told them I needed it done by the following Tuesday which they stated "wouldn't be a problem". The lady (blonde) was horrible at measuring & had to do it serveral times (which should've been my red flag and left the store), but trusted the process and just let her do it. The following Tuesday I came and spoke to the blonde lady again- and my items were not ready. She said it'll be ready tomorrow. Went the next day, on Wed and it was randomly closed. Called all day and finally someone answered and started it was still not ready. Another lady looks through the order and realizes that the blonde lady put it for 2 Tuesdays later for it to be done. I had a flight out Thursday so I needed my clothes. They said they'll put a rush on it. Thursday comes and they're not answering all day. I took the chance & went at 3pm and they're of course closed again! Went again at 530 before I had to leave for the airport and fortunately it was open. The stress and wasted time spent on this was ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO CONSTANTLY DRIVE THERE W/ HOPES THAT THEY ARE OPEN AND IF YOU DONT CARE WHEN YOUR CLOTHES WILL BE DONE. read more

I show up today friday @12:25 to pick up the dress i needed for sunday & inspect it and the same stains that the dress had when dropping it off were still there & he tells me oh well its because you brought it to me at a busy time & not all stains come off i asked to take pictures of the stains and he moved it off the rack & decides to hold it away from me.i told him i dont think its right that you are scamming me for money on a job you didn't fulfill this is not right ill pay half since the stains are still there & if you say you were very busy why not just be honest & say i wont be able to clean the dress im sorry & i would have understood & went elsewhere but no you decide to accept the job and not fulfill it so long story short. i had to contact covina pd because he refused to meet somewhere in the middle for a job that wasn't fulfilled & even the officer said the same thing why not be honest when he was explained everything sadly this was my first & last time i will be trusting this business so please beware inspect your clothing because if your paying for a job its only fair & right that it gets fulfilled fyi when you do call the man out on stains he will get upset and start to give you attitude & tell you he doesnt care if you give them a bad review stay away really its not worth coming here read more

Steven is always so upbeat and pleasant! As regular customers, he knows our names and treats us with respect and courtesy. He is always willing to make things right, should our clothes not come out as expected. My clothes are usually ready when asked, but there have been a few times where he was running behind.
