I visited these cleaners for the first time, hoping to make them my regular cleaners as they are much closer to my home. The male gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and friendly. As he looked over my daughter's band uniform, I could see his expression that he had no idea how to quote this uniform. After a few minutes, I asked him how much it could cost to have the uniform dry cleaned, and it appeared as though he randomly quoted me a price, which was $17.00 more than my regular dry cleaners I grabbed the uniform and stated, "Thank you for your time, but you are much more than my regular cleaners," and walked out. I am sure they are good cleaners and provide good work, as for me, I would rather drive the extra mile to save an additional $20.00 read more

They are super nice and clean my clothes perfectly. My issue with them is a Kimono I had them repair as one of the panels had separated. I picked it up looked at it and it seemed perfect. I had a special event last weekend and imagine my surprise when it slowly fell apart throughout the evening. All the stitching just unraveled and my garment is in pieces - yolk separated from the collar and the back panels are separated just like the side panels that were allegedly repaired. It really bummed me out and the charge for the alteration was not cheap. Bye bye ECO, I, sadly, will not be back. read more

This situation happened well over a year ago, but it's lowkey been weighing on me. I thrifted a nice suede jacket and didn't know how to clean it, so I brought it here to ask. A middle-aged woman looked over it, checking the tags and all, and said it was "real suede," that it would be $75. She explained the lengthy process they have to go through to clean suede. I thought it was a bit too expensive so I left. Later, I looked at the tag myself (which granted I should've done in the first place) and saw it literally says machine washable on the in clear print. They don't really accept cash. It's a scam to charge extra. They want to charge 3% more for debit/credit yet never have change for cash. There is no price schedule so I imagine they charge based on your looks and what you drive?? Shady- yes. They don't do any cleaning there, they outsource it all. read more

Amazing cleaner! Before I go into details, I just want to say that I highly, highly recommend this cleaner! My fiancé and I found this cleaner after our old cleaner of 7+ years annihilated some of my fiancés clothing. He ruined over $300 worth of clothing, so we needed to find a new cleaner. He found Eco Cleaners through a Google search, and we're so happy he did! The guy running Eco Cleaners is so friendly and amicable. You can tell he really cares about your clothes. His prices are affordable, and he had a pretty quick turnaround time! He also calls you to let you know your clothes are ready. My fiancé had several pants already hemmed by Eco Cleaners, and he has loved every hem! The guy who runs this place does a great job with cleaning and hemming, and I am already thinking about taking in some clothes to get hemmed too. Brought in one of my work suits for the first time to Eco Cleaners, as I just moved to the area and wanted to try out various dry cleaners to find one that I can rely on. They seemed to have pressed/ironed the jacket with way too hot steam that it messed up the wool and made the fabric bubble around the stitching. When I called to share my experience, the response was that they sent it somewhere else to be cleaned and pressed. Well guess what, using an outside vendor to outsource your work is not really my responsibility. They offered to redo the suit, but why would I trust them again! read more

The owner is very friendly and helpful. It's a small clean place. A lot of other dry cleaners I've been too feels dirty and messy. Today I had the pleasure of picking up my daughter's quinceanera dress from the cleaner. I took it there so that it could be pressed. To my delight the dress looks beautiful. Andre, the owner was such a gentleman sounds very nice. He showed me exactly what he did to make sure the dress looked beautiful. He also gave me advice on where to store it before the big day and make sure that it was double bagged from the top and the bottom so that it wouldn't get any dust or dirt. I would really recommend going to him for any cleaning of your extra special items and or regular dry cleaning. He also does alterations, which is great for any quick repairs. read more

Love this place for a lot of reasons and now one more... they have a great alterations person. I needed to get some pants (3 pairs) hemmed and not only was it affordable, Axel (the alterations person) got them done in a few hours. Located near 85* Bakery, Eco cleaners has a reserved parking spot for customers and is next door to a post office. Love the people who work there. Reasonable prices too. read more

If you have a skirt or bottoms, don't bring them here. They pin the clothes to the hanger instead of having hangers for bottoms with clamps. They made the decision to pierce holes through 100% silk and leave holes on the clothing items. Would not come here again after this. read more

I specifically asked if altering the straps would change the cowl neck and she assured me it would not. A week later, I returned to find only the hem had been altered. The safety pin was still on the shoulder strap, meaning it had been missed. They apologized and asked me to come back the following week. When I returned again, the strap alteration was done, but the dress had what looked like oil stains throughout. They offered to have it dry cleaned, which meant waiting another week. After the stains were removed, I tried the dress on and found that the strap alteration had completely changed the front of the dress. The cowl neck I was assured would stay the same was gone, and the fabric was pulled tightly against my chest. When I pointed it out, Rosie said that was expected. Had I been told that from the start, I never would have had the straps altered. What was supposed to be a simple one-week alteration turned into a process that took over three weeks. Between the missed alteration, the stains, and ultimately ending up with a dress that no longer looked the way I was assured it would, I left extremely disappointed. After paying over $150, I expected better communication, greater attention to detail, and honesty about what the alterations would realistically do to the dress. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers so they can make informed decisions before altering garments they care about.

For my second look outfit, I had gloves, a corset, scarf, and skirt. They were very dirty after the wedding. Full of my foundation and self tanner. I honestly did not think they would be able to get it all out but they did!!! I was in awe and very happy. I used two of the large washers that hold about forty pounds each, which cost around six dollars per wash. One thing I noticed right away is that they offer two payment methods. You can use coins or you can use a card through a smart payment system attached to the machines. Paying with a card comes with a fee though. Even if it is small, it still adds to the total every time you run a machine, so I decided to stick with coins. I exchanged about fifteen dollars at the coin machine and got started. My plan was simple. Wash, dry, and be out within an hour like I usually do when I wash bedding. While the washers were running, I started noticing things that made the place feel a little off. The cleaning seemed very superficial. At first glance it looks maintained, but once you actually look closely you see layers of dust and grime in places that clearly have not been touched in a long time. There is a vent on the ceiling that was so dusty it honestly looked like it had been ignored for years. Another thing that stood out was the number of security cameras. I counted about twelve. That is a lot for a laundromat this size, and they were not even the same type of cameras. Some looked newer and others older. Ironically many of them were dusty too, which just added to the overall feeling that maintenance is inconsistent here. Things really started going downhill once it was time to dry my bedding. I normally use several dryers so everything finishes quickly, so I loaded up six dryers at once. The price is a quarter for seven minutes. I put in fourteen minutes to start, which should be plenty for lighter bedding like sheets. To my surprise, most of the dryers barely produced heat. Out of the six dryers I used, only two of them actually worked the way they should. The others were spinning but clearly not heating properly. At that point I started burning through coins trying to figure out which machines were actually functioning. Time is valuable, and this is where the frustration kicked in. To make things worse, the coin machine ran out of coins while I was still trying to dry everything. This was around eight in the morning on a Tuesday. Running out of coins that early in the day is honestly baffling. I had no choice but to use the smart card system that charges a small fee. At that point I just wanted my bedding dry, so I threw everything into the two dryers that actually worked and maxed out the time. What should have been a quick visit ended up stretching well past an hour, and even then the bedding was not as hot and dry as I usually like it. Another issue is how cramped the place feels once other people start showing up. When I first arrived it was peaceful, but as more customers walked in the tight layout became obvious. People were basically maneuvering around each other in close quarters while trying to move laundry between machines. It made the whole process feel rushed and uncomfortable rather than smooth and relaxing. I will give them one positive note. The music playing inside was actually great. Whoever picked that playlist clearly has good taste because the songs were a vibe. Unfortunately I came here to wash laundry, not to discover new music. By the time that same woman came back later, she still had the same cold demeanor and I decided it was not even worth bringing up the dryer issues. At that point I just wanted to finish and leave. Between the poorly heating dryers, the coin machine running out early in the morning, and the overall maintenance issues, the experience left a really bad impression. It is a shame because the location is convenient and the parking is easy, but I will not be coming back. Hopefully this review helps others know what to expect. If you come here, be prepared to test a few dryers before you find one that actually works.

I wanted to give the owner more than 5 stars. Knowing one of my best friends will come over the weekend (the first visitor since pandemic), I need to clean up my house and get the futon ready. But then I realized it had a stain. When I sent the cover to this service, the owner gave me a reasonable quote. I stated the expected date to pick up the cover, the owner called me on that day, saying that the stain was still somewhat visible so he sent it back to get clean again. By the time the whole thing was done, it was the day before the friend's visit. I thought perhaps I could just pull the futon to make a bed, and may not need the cover, so I told the owner I will get it after the weekend. However, the owner indicated he could deliver to me without any extra charge. He was very busy with the business, went above and beyond the call of the duty and certainly gave customer service a new definition.
