This place looks pretty sketchy and I was a bit hesitant to leave my clothes behind. The parking situation itself is a bit of a headache if you do decide to park inside the small one way parking lot. I would recommend parking in the street. I had 3 dresses and a tank top for dry cleaning. The worker there heard the loud bell when I walked in and came over to the front of the desk, took my number and looked over the clothes. I was provided a receipt and informed that my items will be ready by Saturday (it was Thursday when I dropped them off). I noticed the sign that states to pay up front but the worker was ok with me paying once I picked up the items, that was really nice of them. Monday rolls around and I decided to come by and pick up my items after work. I was informed that my blouse wasn't ready yet... hmmmm what???!! I was a bit confused since I had been informed that it would have been ready on Saturday and now its Monday and still not ready. I was ready to just come back the next day but I was told to wait a few minutes and they would have it ready for me. A few minutes later I was handed over my shirt. Not sure how I feel about that. It was def nice that even though it wasn't ready when I arrived, that they took care of it before I hopped back into my car. Unfortunately they did not have my items cleaned by the time I was informed they would be ready. 3 dresses, 1 blouse $25.07 Prices: Dress $3.95 and up... for my 3 dresses I was charged a total of $20.25 before tax (short dresses too, none expensive brand) Shirt (light tank top) $2.55 -Clothes was cleaned and ironed well. I saw $1 dollar cleaners written in giant letters on the side so I decided to try them out. I got there and told the owner I needed to get one shirt dry cleaned and had to pick it up in a few hours for a wedding. He said "no problem! You can pick up in 4 hours!" Ok no problem. He's writing up the order and asks for $12. LOL. $12?! I asked for my shirt back and said I have another shirt to wear. "Ok ok I do it for $8" I said no, still too much. Then the owner motions the "shoo" motion to get out. Lol wow. I asked him what that was about and he came and out his hand on my shoulder, I still do it for you but you pick up next Monday. I called in the following week to see what the real price was to dry clean a shirt without being rushed - $2.75. A fair Patrice. I understand I probably would've needed to pay a little more to get my shirt rushed but definitely wasn't expecting to get taken advantaged by. I won't EVER bring my business here. Nor would my dad. I'd suggest to bring your business elsewhere if you wish not to be taken advantage of. read more

I was excited to try this place because of the advertised prices. But the price turned out to be eh and the customer service was eh as well. On the day I dropped off the item I wanted cleaned, the man working(I'm assuming is the owner) was busy talking to another customer when I walked in. They stopped talking and he had me fill out a form with my information. He then took my item and said nothing. He gave me no information about how long it would take/when I should return. Instead, he kept talking to the other customer. I asked how much it was going to cost and if I could pick it up in two days. He said "yea" and that it would be 4 dollars. Two days later, I went in and he said it was 5 dollars. When I brought up the fact that he told me it was 4 dollars before and now it was five, he just shrugged his shoulders and pointed to the receipt that said "5". It was only a dollar difference but I still felt kind of sad that he didn't really try to do anything about the discrepancy. Most likely won't be returning. By the way, if you do decide to come here, I suggest parking on the street. The parking lot is a one-way parking lot with only one exit/entrance (which makes no sense). read more

Do not, I repeat do not!!!! take your clothes to this cleaner they are the most unorganized place I have ever seen. I've went twice they've lost two pairs of pants tore off a button on a shirt and now keep saying they will call me back when they find my pants and they do. I am extremely unhappy with 1 dollar cleaners. it was the first time I went there and the last time. I do not recommend this dry cleaner and if I could give them less than 1 stars I would do it. there service was terrible, the owner did not honor the price he had agreed to give me and overcharged me, I was missing 3 of my shirts and 2 of my new shirts had stains on them that were not there when I took them in to be cleaned. I've come to this dry cleaners about 6 times now because they are reasonably priced. The first few times things went great, no issues. My son left an ink pen in his pants which ended up going through the wash with some of my good work shirts. They were ruined. The man at the counter said that there's no guarantee that the ink would come out but that he would try. Much to my surprise he was able to get the stains out completely!!! I was so happy!!! I've been driving by this place for years and never thought to stop before. But I noticed that they have a new sign and the front looks a lot cleaner so I decided to give it a try. This place has got to be the worst cleaner I have ever been to!!! I dropped off a military uniform on a tuesday to have name tapes sewn on and was told that it would be ready on that thursday as I had requested. I show up on that friday and my uniform is not even at the location, they tell me that it would be there the following day. Monday rolls around and I go in to pick it up... What do you know, not there again! Long story short, I finally go and pick it up myself today after being told for a week and a half that it would be dropped off at my home. After all that wait, my uniform looked like a 5yr old had sewn on the name tapes. I asked for a refund and was told that I would have to contact the manager "Tom". The guy at the counter gives me the phone # to "Tom" and it turns out to be a wrong number. I went back and he tells me to just try calling the shop and maybe Tom will be in the store to give me a refund... I always drop some sort of food on my clothes (super clumsy) and I take all my clothes here and they always leave my clothes looking brand new. I dry cleaned my $60 501 jeans and paid $4.50 for them to remove some stains and clean my jeans. They ruined my jeans they are now faded , they still have the stains, and they shrunk on me. I do not recommend this place u are better off going somewhere else because this isn't air I paid for them to clean my jeans and although the stains are unremovable my jeans should not have shrunk on me. I was in town for super bowl weekend and had forgot to wash my jersey and of course i wanted it done right i had gone to a place up the sreet but they told me wouldbt be done till monday which at the time was late saturday after noon which would of been fine if i lived in the area but i was leaving the next night. so i came here to ask how much it would the guy told me by closing which was a shock because it was already so late in the day. so most cleaners i go to u pay half before u leave your clothes but the guy said dont worry about ill take care of you. which he did i came around 5:30 to pick up my jersey and the stain i had got on it was gone and none of my stiching or numbers have cracked from cleaning the right way. i dont understand all the negative comments maybe the guy was having a bad day or something but i was happy with my item i would go back when im in the area read more

Have been taking my clothes for years. The woman that works there has always been very nice. The older man with a grumpy look on his face, very unfriendly. Since i wasnt there to make friends i continued to go because their work was good and it was very convenient for me to get to. Well, in march i dropped off my favorite red sweater. Since it hasnt been very cold i didnt get around to picking it up until april. Well the older man who i will call "not tom" couldnt find it. He told me they would call me after he spoke to the "girl". I never got a call. I went back in april and he remembered me. He looked again and was still unable to find my sweater. I reminded him that he was supposed to ask the "girl" and call me and he never did. Well, he blamed it on the "girl" and told me they would keep looking and would contact me. I went back in june and by this time my receipt was faded and i was short on patience since i still hadnt heard from them. Luckily he didnt give me a hard time about the receipt because he was still able to see the ticket number. That was of no use because the sweater still couldnt be found. I asked him what were they going to do about it and he angrily replied "well we are going to look for it and call you". That is when i lost it. I couldnt help but raise my voice at him. I told him that was the same thing he told me 2 previous times and the sweater isnt found AND i dont get a call! He blamed it on the girl again. I told him i wanted to be reimubursed for the sweater. He asked me for a receipt from when i purchased the sweater. Omg. I bought the sweater in december. Who saves a receipt 6 months later when there is no intention of returning it?! He told me "how can we reimburse you if you dont have a receipt"? I told him i paid $40 but would settle for $25. He said no because they needed a receipt to claim it on their insurance. Really?! For 25?! He offered for me to contact the manager. I told him "you are the manager"! Which i really believe. He claimed he wasnt and gave me the number to manager "tom". He asked me for my number, which dummy alrleady has and never bothered to use it so why would he want it again?! Well i called "tom" and it was the store number! At this point i am considering my sweater a loss and to pursue compensation for it wouldnt be worth it. I was very disappointed that this clear unquestionable mistake on their part wouldnt lead to a desire for them to make things right in order to keep a customer and avoid this bad review. I wasnt being unreasonable.....$25 wouldnt bankrupt them. Btw i was willing to take $20. Lol. I think "not tom" lives in the area because i ran into him at a local store and he gave me the meanest look. read more

My husband took a pair of levi's to be tapered and cleaned. The taper was done well, but not the cleaning. They washed out the black levi and left them a little faded. There were still little stains on the pants. It was last minute closes place I found, wouldn't go back. read more
