We told the front desk this and they gave us his costs. I paid the bill before I left the office. We were supposed to return after having a root canal. We did not. The endodontist told us to find an alternate dentist to finish the crown. Weeks later we received a bill for hundreds of dollars. The front desk receptionist was rude and dismissive. Stay away!!

Chase Judd is excellent at listening to the patient and explaining procedures and product details when asked. My wife is particular about what goes into her body, and she is diligent on learning and educating herself of any medical care she receives, in great detail! So, to have Chase not be offended or get short and angry at us for asking harder questions than the typical patient asks, he fully explains and answers our questions in full. Dr Larsen and his staff were amazing…read more I found them on Yelp since I was looking for a new Dentist. Suddenly one of my teeth became sensitive so I called and they got me in the next day. Normally when my teeth feel like this it involves a root canal and a crown and about $4,000. I was dreading that possibility. Dr Larsen knew what to do. Part of an old crown had broken away leaving my nerve exposed. He filled in the missing part with a white filling material. He was like a Master Painter as he worked to make it blend in. Tonight I'm back to chewing ice and drinking cold drinks. My Cost with insurance was a 10th of what I was expecting. What I know is Dr Larsen is a kind and experienced Dentist. He has seen it all. He was just what I needed so now I have a new Dentist I can trust again. You have no idea what a relief this is to me. Trust me when I tell you there are many Dentists in Salt Lake but not that many good ones. If you need a good Dentist go see them. Their office and staff are beautiful too.

When I asked their answer was that it is just routine practice, and if I go against their routine practice( not let them do what they want) I should go some place else; however, this unnecessary radiation exposure to my children and Bluffdale Dental routine practice should had been explained to us before it was done to my children and not after the fact. I also asked how often children gets panoramic x-ray the doctor said about every 5 years ( assistant said every 3 to 5 years) then I asked if they had requested dental records to see last time it was done since my children are new to them( their first visit) they said NO! this is so unacceptable! what if the other dentist got this done recently; Bluffdale dental did not care enough to know this information to protect my children against unnecessary radiation exposure which can be harmful to their health. Not a sincere apology or any effort to understand the client's point of view. I am devastated. As far as the visit went my children were very impressed with how well the staff treated them.

When I showed up to my appointment I was met by Dr. Proctor who was apparently a few years out of dental school. I had to laugh and I explained to him I asked for the seasoned dentist upfront due to my fear of all things dentistry and wished us both luck. He was AWESOME! His personality is hilarious. He would joke when I needed a joke. Made me feel comfortable from minute one. We are many appointments, fillings and crowns in and he is still my all time favorite dentist and I've had many in my nearly sixty years. I had a long wait for one of my appointments (like 20 minutes) and they were like "we were so sorry for the wait, here, have a free fluoride treatment" (normally $20 or $25). The dentist also said that he might recommend a crown due to some overbearing fillings causing me to be unable to floss in between some teeth. But over the next 6 months I was able to floss in between those teeth and he said the crown wasn't necessary anymore. So I built a lot of trust with them knowing that they wouldn't recommend unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend this dental office.

I came to him after some recommendations, because I was looking for a dentist that could help me with a residual problem from my last dentist. I had fillings done 6 months ago, and since then I had been back to them over and over to fix pain in my teeth and jaw. They told me it was probably that my teeth are sensitive, to try a different toothpaste. Nothing helped so I just stopped going back. But finally after a very long time of not being able to chew on one side of my mouth I was done! I asked friends for recommendations and Dr. Roush was one of them. I told him everything I was feeling, and what I felt might be the problem. He listened very closely, and tested a few different things to make sure he found the correct teeth that were having the problem. He verified that my bite was off, and worked very carefully to shape my teeth correctly so they fit together right. He even went the extra mile and cleaned up blobs of material still stuck to my teeth in weird places from the dentist that did my fillings. He also smoothed out the rough surfaces on my teeth that they didn't bother to fix as well. My tooth and jaw pain has already improved after one visit! I am so happy, and so relieved! The office was pretty empty, and I didn't see any other patients, but I didn't argue the fact and went to the desk to see if there was a bill. Front desk told me there was no charge, and dentist told me that she would not charge for a five minute look at her tooth. I just received a bill, with a threatening note telling me that the bill is going to be sent to collections?! What bill? I did not receive any bill until two days ago, called the office and they told me that the office person no longer works there so I have to pay a bill and they are sure they sent me prior bills, which they did not. The lady was not very kind, insisting she sent a bill I never received. Now I have to drop everything and run back into the office to pay a bill I was told I didn't have, the same bill I tried to pay months ago. I asked for a couple of weeks to come in and she said no. This places openly lies to its patients and wants to send me to collections over a bill I was told I didn't have and already offered to pay months ago. Dishonest!!
