Well I went to my regular dentist because an implant needs a crown and come to find out Dr. VanDenBurghe left a piece of rubber in my jawbone that will be there forever. I will not be having them do my implant or any other work again. The only thing they have going for them is how nice of people they are. Front desk is Amazing and the doctors are so friendly. The work they do is not top tier so if you're looking for a one time trip for a problem tooth this would not be the spot for you. If you like nice people and going in for multiple visits to have work done on a single tooth this is the place! 2 stars for being so nice and always same day visits are available. Extra information to know is they do not offer any pain management so Tylenol and ibuprofen is all you get. Hopefully you're lucky enough to not need pain medication because they will not give you any no matter the circumstance.

You have to get off Bangerter at 98th and kind of backtrack a bit through some parking lots but nothing crazy. I thought going to a specialist was going to cost an arm and a leg but I am happy to report they merely cost a finger at most.

Dr. Sonnenberg took time to look at my tooth, confirm the diagnosis and get great images. He reviewed the plan with me and was extremely through and patient. Drove all the way home and called my insurance and confirmed my dental insurance was active. They even looked up the call history and confirmed the receptionist called minutes before my appointment and only went through the automated system instead of talking to a live representative. Highly disappointed that I was not notified prior to my appointment, wasted my time and was given inaccurate information.

She was incredibly kind, answered all of my annoying questions without beating around the bush, and got my husband in the next day. I had spoken to other dentists and they all seemed extremely irritated when I asked any questions. That alone, was amazing. My husband got in this morning, had a tooth pulled, and was out the door in an hour. He wasn't pushed to do more and they took care of his needs quickly, which is so amazing because he needed to get to work. He said the staff and dentist were extremely kind and he called to tell me to switch the kids over there as well. That's saying a lot coming from him! And now, having been there a few different times, I have had nothing but very positive experiences. Walking in, you are greeted by Kenzie at the front desk, she is so friendly and inviting that you almost forget that you are at the dentist. The office itself is very clean, and pleasant, creating a very nice waiting atmosphere. Dr. Hardin and the hygienists do a great job at making you feel taken care of and like they have your best interest at heart. And they are very transparent with cost and all of your options. I definitely would recommend!
