Hello, my name is Lora, and I am the current manager of this location. ('m not sure why it says I live in California, I live in Canyon Lake). I would like to address the cigarette smell issue. Unfortunately, a couple of years ago, there was an issue with the store smelling like cigarettes. I want the public to know that the issue was resolved, and the store no longer has an unpleasant smell. I encourage you to stop by and take a look. I took two ladies jackets in. A cotton blue jean jacket and a wool jacket. Cleaning price for the two? 27 dollars. Never again! Worse when I complained, I saw a smile on the clerks face. The first one I had ever seen. Basically ho hum from her even after I announced I would not be back. As I said : Never again! read more

Deserves a 0 in stars. They lost my stuff once but I decided to give them another try anyways. BIG mistake! I drove up and overheard a woman claiming to be the owner yelling at somebody about parking :/ it made me VERY uncomfortable! I carried a pair of jeans and one shirt. They were to be ready for pick up on Friday after 5 (closes at 6). We arrived at 5 and were told items wouldn't be there until Sat. My husband was leaving town so this was unsatisfactory. I picked the clothes up Sat and they smell like SMOKE! We don't smoke and there is no excuse to pick up freshly laundered clothes and have them smell like cigarettes!!! Unreliable & STINK! read more

Twice I tried using this cleaners and never again. Rude snotty attendants. Oh, and God forbid you park in the cleaners only spot and not immediately walk in. Like there was no other spaces open next to me to park. You will be told something. Go to Slater White instead, better customer service, they have a drive through, and most of all you get your money's worth. Yup, I don't like nasty attitude before my first cup of coffee. read more

Took 6 pairs of jeans & 7 shirts in this week. They charged over $5 per pair of pants, and for that price I expect them to be immaculate. 3 out of the 6 pairs the seams were lined up and looked good, but the other 3 looked like someone was in a rush. They weren't completely dry even though we picked them up a full day later than they said they would be ready. Additionally, there was glitter all over my husbands jeans. Really? Cowboys and glitter don't mix well. I won't be coming here again. They were super friendly, but I just expect a better job. It was a bit of a drive for me (20 miles) and we travel too much for me to take them back in to get them fixed before we hit the road again. read more

Just another crooked laundry service!! They don't tell you they charge extra for 2x shirts. The pricing is no where on their site. They told me $2.50 per shirt bot what tjey dont tell you is that it is another $1.50 for extra large and $2.50 for xx large. i took 16 shirts to them and they charged me $80.00 plus tax. When i asked the Manager how come nobody told me this when i dropped them off she flipped out and called 911. Do not take your clothes there!! Your clothes also stink when you get them back. I would like to see a list of services which includes prices. I paid 9.56 for a shirt (men's) with 15% silk. Is this the norm?

The same thing happened to me as the review below. I dropped off 18 shirts and was told it would be $2.50 per shirt. When i picked them up on 1 June 2017 i was charged $95.00. When i asked the manager why she said they were 2XL and they charge extra. I reminded her that was not what she told me when i dropped them off, that size of shirt nor tag instructions never was talked about and she told me she remembered the conversation but that is how it goes. Then she proceeded to tell me they dry cleaned 2 of the shirts because of the tag instructions. I asked why didn't she call me first because i wash them and that she had my phone number. No response to that. I called the General Manager and she told me the same thing and said she had me on recording when i picked up the shirts saying i understood about what size the shirts are...and when i asked her did she also see the recording where i was told it would be $2.50 a shirt and size and tag instructions never entered the conversation when i dropped them off she got very rude on the phone. I asked to speak to her boss and she refused to put me through. I will never use this laundry company again! read more
