This place is HORRIBLE!!! Don't go there if you can avoid it! We took we took 12 items and paid $160! For a combination of laundering/dry cleaning. When we got it back they had ruined a blouse. When I went back to discuss options the man was rude! He told me he wouldn't do anything to help and it looked fine to him. read more

Two stars because Jack Brown actually does a good job cleaning your clothes and letting you know when they are ready. Only two stars because the staff is rude. Requested and always received no starch on laundered items. Always received notifications of cleaning and laundered items ready for pickup. Their quality has been expellant for the last several years since becoming Jack Brown, the Manager, Danny, was an excellent Manager before under previous name of company. I really feel I get total value for the cost of the service I receive. read more

My husband dropped off 4 Wilkes and Riley dress shirts and 4 dress pants back in April at the Spring Branch location. He has been back several times to inquire about the order, each time he is told to go home and check his closet. Today the employee was extremely rude and implied that the order had been picked up. This order was never ready for pick up. My husband is methodical about his uniforms and these were brand new, they LOST them and refuse to take responsibility. read more

I have been paying the outrages prices for my shirts to be cleaned and pressed for about three years. Once again they ripped off a button off of one of my expensive shirts. They agreed to take it back and replace the button on the shirt. However, they replaced a black button with white thread. Then when I asked for it to be corrected, he informed me that they would charge me an additional three dollars. I don't need this kind of insanity in my life. I brought in a long sleeved cotton blend shirt that is difficult for me to iron. It came back to me not only wrinkled, but it also had blood stains on the cuff. I promptly treated it and washed it and the blood spots are gone. I paid nearly $9 for Jack Brown Cleaners to get this right. After years of taking my cleaning to Slater White, this location sold out to Jack Brown. I will not be returning. read more

We were so pleased when Danny LEFT this business. The ladies who took over were so pleasant and good at their job. But now,...he's back. That annoying, opinionated, rude dork is back working behind the counter with his bag of whiny complaints, excuses and rude comments that makes you want to pinch his pimply face. I have used these guys for almost a year.... Until now. The guy that works there is rude and and kind of a smart-ass. I got a dress shirt back that had a huge scorch mark on the front. I didn't notice it when I picked it up because it was with other shirts. I pulled the tags off when I was ready to wear it. When I took it back to him, he asked me how he's supposed to know it was them that put the mark on it. He knows me from coming in there!! He told that since I have only spent $85 there, that he wasn't going to fix it and he would not try to fix it even if I paid for it. That was the final straw. High prices and bad customer service! I wrote to the corporate office over a month ago. They never responded. I waited to write this review in hopes that corporate would fix the problem. I guess a $5 credit is not important enough to keep a customer happy. read more

Recently used them to clean some of my workshirts. Ask for heavy starch and got them back with no starch. I question the lady about it and she read the ticket and said that there was starch on them and that was that. I will not be using them again read more

Seems really expensive. When I was told the price he added on "Sorry. This is the hill country. There's not a lot of competition, so I get to charge what I want." I paid almost $90 for 12 items, which is pretty high. So I'll try the one a block away next time and see if they're cheaper. It was a quick turnaround though. Only 24 hrs. read more

Not a great big deal, but somehow when i turned my black and white dress to be cleaned, someone else turned the same dress in and the exact same size (00) tell how wild is that. The problem is they lost cleaning tag on both of them, so i had to chose one out of the two. really crazy read more

Danny always takes care of our orders for dry cleaning so well and does as we have requested for our shirts slacks to get in and out in a timely manner. We have yet to have mistake. We have been here for several years now. I highly recommend this cleaners. We also appreciate the texts to let us know that they are ready. read more

We have used this cleaners several times since we have a house nearby. Every time one of us has gone in there, we leave and wonder why we gave it another chance. Today was the icing on the cake. As both me and my husband have had careers in sales and customer service, we agree that our visit today was an example of the worst service ever. If we had a video we would use it in training courses as an example of what not to do!! He actually told my husband that he didn't have time to chit chat and answer questions and that my husband needed to drop off our clothes and leave the store with no receipt or anything. He actually had the nerve to look at another customer and say" haven't I already told him that I don't have time to chit chat?"The clothes were for our daughter's wedding this Saturday and we couldn't take any chances on the clothes not being ready. We do not recommend this cleaners. Not even if you are desperate. read more
