When I cancelled at the last minute because my grandmother had passed away during the night, they did not charge me for a late cancellation as some companies might. Instead they brought flowers that same morning and quietly laid them at my door. It has been five years now and I still remember that act of kindness. That's ridiculous , that's exactly where they get you 30$ an hr but they only send 1 person and take the longest they can ... I called the manager and explained my concern she was very unprofessional And said "Oh well it's hard to find people to work on Sundays and she just had a baby 4 months ago" First of all she was the one that rescheduled for Sunday , and I don't care if she just has a baby we all have a life why have her work if she's gonna be extra slow!!! I ended up paying over 140 for 4.5 hrs and all she did was the kitchen and two restrooms. If you want to throw away your money and be lied to plus get poor excuses from the manager then this is the "professional cleaning company to pick"!

They show up on time and put a lot of detail in everything they clean. During their most recent visit last week, I was super impressed with how clean my floors are! I have three dogs and a cat so I can never keep them clean. But the employees did such a good job that I actually emailed the owner to find out what products they use, because apparently I am using the wrong stuff. They are reasonably priced and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

This was our first visit at SpinXpress Laundry and I'm not sure there will be a second visit. The biggest issue was the amount of wash machines and dryers that were out of order or just plain broken. Not sure if this was an off day, but there shouldn't that many machines out of commission. It also didn't have many larger machines. The two I saw had laundry sitting there without someone manning the machine. The prices were slightly cheaper compared to the one we currently use, and they have more sitting space. But it wasn't very clean and some of the machines were smelly. Also, to add insult to injury, some of the seating area couches and seats were terribly worn and in need of repair.
