This place had such a fun ambiance! It has a super cute farmhouse style that is really welcoming. Even the bathroom was beautiful, and really clean. The staff was nice, and got our orders out at a decent time. The London Fog was really nice and creamy, plus it had a great flavor. My avocado toast was absolutely amazing, but disclaimer: you CAN have too much of a good thing. Its really filling and super sweet, it almost felt like a dessert honestly. I was really happy to find this coffee shop at the Prairie House Inn where I stayed recently. They have alternative milks and gluten-free options. I tried the soy milk mocha and the avocado toast on gluten-free bread. On other occasions, I sampled the holy kale smoothie, Golden glow smoothie and a double espresso. I thought the holy kale smoothie was a little thin, but the golden glow was thick and yummy. Double espresso was very smooth. The avocado toast was surprising with lots of scallions and chocolate sauce, but it was delicious. read more

We've enjoyed Cowboy Coffee's drive thru coffee stand for years now, and I'm happy to report that their newly opened sit-down coffee shop at the Prairie House Inn is also excellent. I visited yesterday with a small group (3 of us) for a meeting, and we found the seating to be very comfortable, yet with some interesting character. Molalla has been in need of a sit-down coffee shop for years, but for some reason just can't seem to support one -- hopefully that will change with this location. I will definitely be back, for meetings with the same group, and for outings with my wife. read more

So cozy and super friendly staff, whether you are coming in the winter to sit by the fire with a warm coffee, or coming in the summer to sit on the porch with some lemonade. They have a variety of delicious breakfast, lunch, dessert, and snack options as well, all for a great price! The place is owned by a local family that has been in the area for generations. I like cowboy coffee. They have one if my favorite Chai, and they have a really good vanilla latte. Plus it's kind of a one stop shop for coffee and treats, as they have ice cream and snow cones. I haven't tried either the ice cream or snow cones to know if they are good, but I'll certainly be back for the coffee. It's pretty similar to hot shots but much better prices. I went in w my mask on, I was the only one and for a moment I froze; I thought "oh no, they are going to treat me weird because I'm wearing a mask" I was wrong!
