Hotshots has some of the best coffee I've had! Every time I am in town I make sure to stop by. The girls are always soo friendly and sweet. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I'd choose HotShots over starbies any day. I love their iced vanilla latte, with coconut or oat milk, along with their to die for peach cream smoothie. They do have a regular peach smoothie, the cream version elevates it to a whole new experience. It is nostalgic as it reminds me of eating crème savers as a child. I ordered a coconut Italian cream soda which cost me $5. For five dollars I'd expect for it to have club soda, the flavored coconut syrup, half and half, and whipped cream which I asked it without. What I got was absolutely disgusting. I could right of the bat tell they put sprite instead of the club soda. I then came back to get it replaced and they told me they didn't have club soda but they'd make it with seltzer water. Doesn't taste the same either. Gross! If you don't have the ingredients or you make it differently then the original recipe don't carry it or at least let your customers know that's what they'd be getting. Today I pulled up behind a truck and the Barista was letting the dog lick treats out of her hand. So I decided to go to the other side and there was another Barista doing the same thing with another dog. Is this Petco or a coffee drive through? Some people are allergic to dogs. They should at least have a policy setup to let the owners feed the dogs the treats like other places. I wonder what the health department inspector would say about this kind of practice? read more

This business does not follow the mask mandate, I went by this morning in hopes to patronize a local business as opposed to Starbucks. Unfortunately there were 3 baristas in the tiny drive thru coffee hut, all were unmasked, I asked if they had masks to put on and they did not. No thank you, I'll get some coffee without potential covid exposure. Also, I've been a barista, that is not strenuous work, so I find no valid excuse for not being able to wear a mask while you breathe over coffee drinks that your customers ingest. read more

I think this is the best coffee shop in town, and I have tried all of them. The baristas are all very nice a d always greet you with a smile. Quick service and good coffee is what you get. Only improvement I could see is more food selection. My wife and I tried just the other day a breakfast sandwich, it was good, not great, but there was not much options to choose from. I always see a line, every day on the way to work, and most days on the way home. I've always wondered, why? Why does this place get so much traffic? Well, now I know, and will probably be a regular customer too! 1. Super friendly ladies behind the barista. Could not ask for better or friendlier service. They are funny, kind, and delightful to talk to. 2. Really good coffee. I stepped out in faith a bit and ordered something different. Wow! Was that ever a great choice, their coffee is truly delishous! I cannot think of too many places that do it better. I highly recommend that you stop in, and say hi to the ladies, then get your great coffee. My only warning, Hot Shots is a hard pricier than some of the other stands around. Yes, the ladies are nice and fast, but the coffee is horrible. Super bad flavor, couldn't finish the cup. (Talking about their regular drip coffee). If you want a good cup of regular coffee, save yourself from this place and go to cowboy or somewhere else.. honestly Starbucks is even better, or the gas station. read more

My cousin told me about this place but we never did find it in yelp- but when we followed the directions we were glad we looked! The gals have always been super nice and attentive, and the coffee is strong yet smooth- and if you need a modifier (like not to sweet) they are always ready to please. Been 5 times already this trip and haven't had a bad cup of even less than perfect experience yet! Definitely a good place to get your morning pick-me-up! read more

I've been a loyal customer for over 7 years the customer service has always been happy and personal not treating you like a number! If you don't know what you would like they will suggest a drink and It's always been on point! When I go out of town and stop somewhere for coffee it's just not good, I guess I'm a little spoiled! When I come thru and there is 4 or 5 cars on both sides I am still out of there in no time at all I give the Baristas and the owners a Big Thumbs up keep up the great service! Stopped by this coffee shop while my family and I were passing through town one morning. It's a cute little drive up shack. When we first arrived the line of cars looked long, but we figured it must be worth the wait. To our surprise the line moved quickly and we barely had any wait time. The service was Amazing the girls are very friendly, My husband is very picky about how he likes his coffee and these ladies got it right the first time. They even through in a treat for our family dog!! This day and age good customer service is very hard to come by. But, not at this shop!! I give 5 stars on the customer service, 5 stars on the quality of the coffee, and 5 stars for the overall atmosphere of this place!
