My company truck had a rock pierced through my tire. I went to AutoZone to buy plugs to repair my tire, but that didn't fix my tire. I found Stand Ridge and came into the shop. The gentleman at the counter found the two tires that I needed for my truck. He was able get me in and out within 30 minutes. read more

They were ready for my Highlander right on time. It was in for a four wheel alignment because my steering wheel was a bit off center when going straight. They put it on their machine and came and told me that front and rears were out of line. The tech explained what that meant and said they could put it right. An hour later I was out the door and it drove like new. I found the business to be honest, friendly and informative and the quality of the work certainly lived up to their great reputation. They did a great job aligning my awd Highlander and I recommend them highly. read more

*AVOID AT ALL COST* #1 in worst service I've received in my life. Rude af. Took 2 days to mount and balance my tires. Had 80 miles put on it in that time. When I went to pick it up my perfectly good battery and alternator had both mysteriously gone bad. They told me in the most rude, obnoxious manner to have it towed. 10/10 would not go back. Hope it burns down. Pisses me off that one of their employees took my only vehicle for a joyride. They need to put their employees and probably their management in line. If I had a case I'd press charges. I felt so wronged. I know there's bad service out there but good gawd. Sucks that this is all they do and Walmart would've done a 100% better. Just a word to the wise. Never heard a good thing about them, gave them the benefit of the doubt and immediate regret. Don't make my mistake! Do not go here! Wish I would've just drove to firestone, anywhere would've been better!!! Just letting you know you didn't find my name because i never would've brought it to you in the first place. Those new tires were a Christmas present from my husband since that's the vehicle I will be driving this winter with our 6-month old daughter. You didn't seem like you wanted to fix the situation when you told us to get our hummer that your employees messed up towed. But thanks for the platitude read more
