From the beginning to end, which is the first text to the delivery of the car, it took about 7 days. Mainly because I was considering other options but once I decided to proceed, Seth Wadley had the car at my door step in Houston in less than 48 hours. Any holdup was on my side, so I'm sure it could have been done faster. Josh Woodin provided the best experience and listened to exactly what was important to me instead of just trying to close the sale. Once the transfer was confirmed, they had the car ready to roll on the trailer bed and to my doorstep that day. I would highly recommend this process to anyone who doesn't like spending 6 hours in the dealership and who wants a hassle free process. Lazy, overpriced, liars. Beware of these con men!!!!!!! Brought my daughters Chevy Cruz in for "check engine light" requested they do a diagnostic" for $125, and a flat tire repair. They refused to fix her flat saying tire was too old.....it has 75% tread intact with no weather cracks. The diagnostics listed multiple seals needing replacement in the engine and their quote was $2400. We were also told the turbo was out...... Our Son in law fixed all of the seals from the diagnostic report and watched DIY " you tubes" parts totaled $225, Tire repair was $10 at a reputable shop...Turbo is not out, diagnostic does not list it as out?.....So sad to be treated this way. Tried to do business Local in Ada, we learned our lesson. Our cars go to Fuller in Norman, we will never stray again. read more

I would never again allow the service department of the Seth Wadley dealership in Pauls Valley to work on my vehicle. Our 2008 Sierra with 130,000 miles suffered reduced engine power while towing our 5th wheel trailer. WITHOUT CALLING US FIRST, they SPLICED the fuel line instead of replacing it because they said the fuel line was "no longer available." Three hours later when the engine reduced power again, we verified what we suspected: a fuel line was still available for our vehicle, and splicing the line would not last. A call before the repair would have allowed us to do what we've done before: call our home dealer for advice. The district manager has denied our claim for reimbursement because we no longer own the vehicle. That JUST doesn't make sense. A more detailed narrative is below: Just a few miles north of this dealership, our experienced reduced engine power to under 20 mph while towing our 5th wheel trailer. When the service rep said it could be a fuel filter, but there was no way to know until we drove it, we okayed that repair. Twelve miles south, it happened again. We dropped the trailer at the first campground we found and drove the truck at normal speed back to Seth Wadley. The next day my husband called to check on it and was told they hadn't found the problem but would tow something heavy to approximate the load that caused the problem. The following day the rep called to say the truck was repaired. Certainly we were surprised at not receiving a call before the repair. The receipt says they ..."found a kinked fuel line. Fuel line is no longer available, so I spliced in new fuel line to fix the problem. Truck is operating as designed at this time." If he had called prior to the repair, we would have questioned the inability to procure a fuel line. Anyone buying a diesel vehicle would expect available parts for many years. If he had suggested a SPLICE, we would have objected strenuously. My husband has never rigged anything in the 50 years we've been married. He does everything meticulously, correctly, and completely. He would at least have called our home dealer Finnegan about the lack of a fuel line and the splice. We had already discussed leaving the trailer in the campground and towing the truck to Dallas. No way would we have agreed to have Seth Wadley fix it if they had just called first. We paid $741.78 for the repair because at that point we had no choice. The truck, "operating as designed," made it several hours down the road to Ennis, Texas, when once again it had reduced engine power. The service rep there offered a new fuel line for $1600 and indicated there was no problem finding a new line, the one Seth Wadley said no longer existed. read more

I was not happy with my auto purchase experience with Seth Wadley Dodge. I bought a used 2009 Chevrolet Avalanche. Right after I bought the Avalanche, the motors in the side view mirrors stopped working on the passenger and driver side, and I was told that I would have to use my extended warranty and pay a $200 deductible in order to get the side view mirrors fixed. I was told that I would receive a second set of keys, because the Avalanche only came with one set. I was told to call a warranty number and lie that I lost a my keys. The warranty company would not help me. Now I will be out of pocket $400 dollars. It also took them over 30 days to have my title ready for pick up. read more

They just want you to keep driving back and forth to there dealership and the salesman wont return your calls as they say and worst of all is the new car manager of the chevy dealership part says he will call you back but never does. Called 4 times today and left message and the secretary said he got the message and will call but never does. How do you do business with a dealership that wont do what they say. I had my Jeep towed to Seth Wadley after I had an accident. I was told it would be an 8 day project and they turned it into an 8 week project. I am still waiting for my Jeep to be repaired. When I called, Travis in the service department, he refused to return my calls. When I finally got him on the phone, he said I couldn't change anything on the original quote. I told him that I wanted some after market parts and my insurance company told me I could do it, he still refused. My insurance paid for 30 days of a rental car and when that ran out, I have been without a car. I finally went to talk to the service manager and that's what it took to get something done. I picked it up and the check engine light came on within 30 miles and the service manager admitted that it was a mistake that the service people had made. All I got was excuses and not a single person was getting anything done because they were playing solitaire on the computer with eight unfinished projects on their desk. One of the excuses was that it needed to be detailed and that was another three day wait. read more

I bought my Jeep new July 2013 and it has been in the shop nonstop since! The camshaft and wiring harness have been replaced multiple times and nobody in the company seems to think it matters that I paid 33,000 for this Jeep and have so many problems. I even spoke personally with Seth Wadley and he told me he was going to help me and never called me back. I do NOT recommend this company. The manager is rude and hateful and I feel more like they hate me because my jeep has problems then they care about helping me deal with the manufacture on getting this resolved. read more
