Chris and Lee are no-nonsense, chill, laid back guys that will talk to you about what you want to do, from upgrades and paint jobs (outsourced) to repairs and maintenance... You name it they will take the time to make sure you get what you need - even if not from them! One of our bikes is a "Bobber" that had a serious starting issue... Lee took the time to put it together and take it apart twice to make sure he really fixed it... not just fixed it enough to get it ready to sell. Our other bike is a 2010, H-D Sportster 48XL that they are lifting the tank (after The Paint Shop ATX gets done painting it), moving the ignition and some other "odds and ends" changes on. We've been really happy working with these guys and value their advice, experience and "chill" mode!

I wanted to share a positive experience I had at the dealership yesterday…read more I had a small issue and brought it up to the attention of the Service Manager Brian. He handled it perfectly assuring me he would address it and take care of it and thanking me for bringing it to his attention. A textbook example of how to handle things. Handled properly a problem can be turned into a positive experience and interaction with the client. Well done! I then went to the clothing department searching for a specific shirt that was showing sold out and discontinued on the Harley website. I had called Harley Davidson.com checking to see if there was any way possible it was still available and  no luck (It matched the colors of my new bike and I really wanted it). Tanya in your clothing department noticed I liked a particular style of shirt and said she would make me aware of other shirts that come in matching that style in the future. She and I talked and I explained my "dilemma". She did a computer search of dealerships showing that exact same shirt in stock. I did have to make a few calls but was able to find that shirt that I REALLY wanted. It made my day! Thanks for your assistance! I then went to talk with Frank in parts about my bike I just dropped off for a stage 4 kit install. He made me aware of some new parts/products I might be interested in since the bike was going to be getting worked on anyway. He explained to me the benefits/advantages of the newer/better performing parts that just became available in contrast to what I currently have. He also helped me with a return. I really liked that he was not trying to "hard sell" me; just educate me on the advantages. People do like to buy things but don't like to be "sold". He has also gone the "extra mile" for me finding other dealerships that had a product I ordered that was on backorder. Thanks for all your assistance! I just wanted to give some kudos to these individuals that made my visit a very positive experience! Mark

I paid a good price, tried to replace the cylinder myself and it worked for a month. Depressing. I found Ben online, w fairly specific requests that many mechanics would refuse. Nothing outrageous, and I think it reflected his confidence in BMW boxer motors, even a more modern four year old one. "It's the same engine, more or less". For some reason, I was sold on that. I had seen the engine apart, and I had to agree. I brought the bike not running, repaired ineffectively by me. He helped guide me which parts he thought were important...which took a few weeks. BMW parts are SLOW if they're not in the states. "A 2018 RNINET CYLINDER? Let me check mother Germany." Three months ....Anyhooo....Ben is smart as a tack, personable and a born teacher. He loves these bikes and understands them. I gave him every bit of information I had for the bike....LOTS. I think he opened it up once for torques. One of THOSE guys. I know, he graciously allowed me to WATCH him work and help when I could. I wouldn't count on it, but very generous act. He also allowed my dead bike to sit in his garage waiting for Berliner's get their shit together. I can't remember if I paid him a little extra sunthin sumthin, for the pain...but it wasn't from his suggestion if I did. Ben doesn't seem like that kinda guy. Bike fired up, and has been settling over the last several thousand miles. I love my bike. BMW always told me..."don't replace the cylinder, it won't ever be the same." That's easy for them to say. I don't know if it's the same or not as I've done little to the bike. Scrape a baby possum off my face plate...but that's my head. I paid under 4 grand for the bike. Under one for the repair? Might drag little at 2k in first gear coming out of driveway....wtf do I want? I drove a 1100 cc NINJA when I was a kid. This is much classier and I don't have paper plates at the little car show around these parts. My bike looks used but imagine a beautiful woman waking up in your bed, for no reason determined, she looks as hungover as you feel not perfect but just RIGHT...smells amazing...stays the after noon...maybe even dinner again when she orders Vietnamese food you didn't know existed. Nobody complained. I couldn't prove the bike is slower pre or post accident and repair even I wanted to. I've pushed 120 mph easy. Ben is not a bullshitter. He speaks in a manner that suggests he's thoughtful of what comes out of his mouth but has a sense of humor too that spurts out. HE GENUINELY WANTS TO DO A GOOD JOB. He's willing to ask himself questions and make moves that others may not. But he won't do it without asking YOU FIRST. After three thousand miles I'm perfectly happy.

I'm not one to ever write one star reviews, those are usually reserved for the dregs of society…read more But for Hunter Road Power Sports, I shall make an exception. I brought my sons go kart here to repair a simple worn out wheel bearing. The repair technician convinced me to get two new front wheels. No big deal, right? After picking it up, I get home and start to drive this thing down the street before I let my son use it. I get maybe 100 feet down the road and the front tire assembly explodes in a cloud of scattering parts. When I looked at what happened, they replaced the old rim with a new rim that had a larger axle bore diameter. This allowed it to slip over the existing bearing spindle and lodge The tire against the frame, rendering the go cart inoperable. The spindle and wheel were totally destroyed and these guys could not get replacement parts. So I was left with a basically unusable go cart with no hope for repair due to a $300 repair these guys attempted to make. It's clear to me that the mechanic did not even test drive the vehicle before letting me pick it up and potentially let my son drive it without test driving it myself first. Had that happened, my kids would not have had the same reaction time as me and probably would have crashed into something on the side of the road and gotten hurt. I ended up just giving the go cart away to somebody and buying a new Polaris for my son. If you are ever in need of a go cart repair and these guys are your only option, do yourself a favor and just donate it to charity.
