    The poor girl behind the counter was all alone and was continually having to answer the phone. Bless her heart the whole time she was trying to speak to us she had to keep asking if we minded if she answered the phone. Shirt selection was very minimal and no poker chips! Never thought I would see a Harley Shop without chips. We collect at least one chip and two shirts at every new shop we go to- so we were super disappointed.

    Wanted to thank all the good folks at Gruene Harley Davidson, especially Eric Pena. I visited Gruene just to check it out. Being extremely new to the riding scene I had a lot of questions. Eric took the time to answer them all plus let me know some stuff about bikes that I didnt know or would have thought of to ask. After showing me some bikes in my $ range I decided on a 2008 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Eric never tried to sell me over my budget and I appreciate that. After buying my new ride I was given a tour of apparel, parts and service. Customer service is top notch at Gruene! Customer for life!

    For awhile now I've been looking for the right Harley Davidson... I've looked local and to no avail... The local dealerships want to much, don't really make you feel good about the situation, everything hinges on how much you can put down, so their worried more about the bike, and less about the individual... So I finally found the right one, at "Gruene Harley Davidson"... Let me just say this, from the moment you start the process to the very end, they make it all about "YOU"... Damien Gruene is the man to see, and if you can't get him, his staff is just as A+ as he is... Above and beyond is something they don't hesitate to do... I got me a real good deal on my 3rd Harley, A "Street Glide special"... Austin, Round Rock, or San Antonio dealerships could not do what Damien did... Unfortunately I tried, fortunately it didn't happen... My mistake was going to a dealership, at Gruene Harley Davidson, you don't get that feeling... They stress the word "Family" a lot there, and from "MY"experience that's what it felt like... Damien thank you again... Thank you GRUENE HARLEY DAVIDSON

    My first time actually going to a Harley Davidson shop. My friend is a huge fan and wanted to get some poker chips and souvenirs since we were in the area. They had some kind of event going on there were tons of motorcycles and people all around. I was a little nervous because we looked out of place, but everyone didn't care and did their own thing.

    Purchased a new 2024 CFMoto Uforce 1000 XL. Wanted to do a review after a few years of owning it…read more 650 mi. 125 hrs. Overall it is a great machine. Easy to get parts on line and maintenance is no problem. Oil changes are easier once a spin on filter is installed. Swapped out the cheap air filter with a UNI filter immediately. I use it to work around the property. It has been reliable and not too many problems. Woods Cycle delivered it without any grease in the bushings or wheel bearings. Luckily I don't ride in water or mud. A few bolts were also missing from the skid plate. Also, I don't think the original Chinese coolant was flushed out and replaced. So, make sure you double check that they grease everything and replace the coolant. I noticed coolant leaking from the water pump housing recently and believe it's because it had cheap coolant in it. Replaced the seal and flushed out the coolant and replaced it with quality coolant and noticed the difference in cooling right away. Replaced the brake pads with Traild pads after 2 years and immediately noticed the difference. Everything else works fine, no other issues so far. I'd recommend CFMoto Uforce and Woods Cycle but just make sure they don't forget to double check the grease fittings, wheel bearings, coolant, and all bolts.

I specifically asked them over a month ago to call me if any used challengers pop up. Today, after calling for 3 days all day for the service dept, getting nobody on the phone, I'm talking a dozen calls each day with nobody answering the phone. So I went up there, low and behold they have a bunch of challengers and haven't called me about any of them. I asked how long one had been there and the guy said oh, bout a month. Another, he said 3 weeks. They don't want business from women. They don't stock anything g for us. We aren't welcomed when we come in- they usually don't even speak when I walk in the Indian side. If I want help I have to go to them and practically beg for it. So, I'm done. I bought a challenger elsewhere and they won't see a single EFFING CENT of my woman-owned money.

Took my 09 CBR 1000rr in to Black Widow to get a full service done, a new set of fairings put on and a new headlight assembly put in. Was told that it would be over 1k to do which seemed a little high to me but I was fine with seeing as they had good reviews and everything. Took almost 6 months for me to get my bike out of the shop. When I finally did get the call that it was done, I went up there to pick it up. I go back to check out my bike and noticed my passenger seat was missing, passenger seat lock missing, passenger seat strap missing, spools were missing, battery charger that I had left for them to use (said they didn't have one) was missing, fairings not lined up to each other, and the bike was just filthy with dirt and dust all over it. My bike seemed like it was basically parted out. I told Jon Keller, the owner of this place, all the stuff that was missing and his response was "oh that's you brought it to us". What a load of crock that was. My bike was perfectly fine when I had brought it in with no issues just wanted a service and a few things done to it. So he goes to start my bike up and it wouldn't start because the battery was dead. When I brought it in it had a brand new lithium battery in it, hence why I left them a battery charger. So he jumps it with his home made battery charger, since mine was stolen, and it starts up. Almost immediately it starts to overheat. Hmm that's weird because I had brought it in to get serviced and It's never overheated on me before. Jon Keller begins to put engine coolant in my bike and it just pours out the bottom of my bike onto the shop floor. Come to find out the drain plug to my engine coolant WAS MISSING!! Wtf. So there was ZERO coolant in my bike! I had brought this bike in to get serviced! Jon Keller STILL charged me $1200!!!! I only paid it to get my bike out and back to my house before anything else happened to it. Be very careful of this place.

Upon arriving I was met by a salesperson with no knowledge of the bike so I moved on to the price of the model I wanted, the first price was a $1000.00 higher than the Honda website, after questioning him he said he gave me the price for the DCT model by mistake, after correcting the price I asked him what the price would be out the door so he gave me another price with no breakdown of how he got there. I asked for a breakdown and he said he couldn't provide it, so I approached the manager that he had been going to for the pricing and he told me they don't give that detail and if the price was to much just don't buy it! Keep in mind that all the prices were just scribbled on a business card. I will continue shopping and will be buying a 2024 Gold Wing but not from this dealership, I will take my business else where. So what happened to the slogan "you meet the nicest people on a Honda?
