SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!! We had a group of 16 ladies, we went to the Janet Jackson concert and the best part of the trip was partying on the Limo Party Bus. The bus was clean, the lights was amazing and we had plenty of room to dance. Our driver TJ was very professional and courtesy. He arrived on time got us to the concert on time and back to our destination safely. Ms. Rosa in the office communicated with me step by step if I had any questions (and I did) she always answered. Our driver Charles left us 12 women stranged in the cold no where to be found at 130am at the Stockyards! We all had to find rides back home. He lied about several things and disappeared with our things still on the bus. And had the balls to show up at the birthday girls house at 4am and lied about driving some girls home. So many other odd and just straight up bad driver service when it came to picking us up like 3 times could t not pick us up right. It was horrible. If he isn't fired then I will never use this company Only good thing I can say is Rosa tried to help and said she would refund us. Horrible. read more

Buyer Beware!!! Their strict no-refund policy means you could be on the losing end of a rotten deal like my daughter was for her graduation celebration. The limo they sent was a 2001 Lincoln that had been recently rebought and "patched up." The paper license plate on the back of the vehicle (no plates on front at all) read 71550Z6 2001 LINC Jul 03, 2020. There was a screw sticking out from the frame inside the car (see pics) so it had to be pushed in every time we entered or exited. There was visible rust (see pics) and corrosion (see pics). Someone had done a terrible job trying to hide deteriorating roof exterior by just painting over it (see pics). One of the passenger doors didn't close all the way (as in you could SEE the gap with your bare eyes). The contact repeatedly told me no refund and offered only to extend my service by 30 minutes, and said she hoped my daughter was enjoying herself. The General Manager (Lee) called the next evening, as I had requested, along with a woman named Rosa. He said he was sorry the car didn't meet my expectations, and he mentioned that a hummer limo had broken down just the week before! (As though the comparison would make me feel better about the trash car they sent us). I asked Lee directly if the car met HIS expectations and he refused to answer the question. Instead, he replied that other people had used that limo and did not complain. He also told me three times that people have different expectations. If you expect a corrosion-free, rust-free ride that doesn't have a 1 1/2 inch screw pointed toward your head when you enter and exit the vehicle, then your expectations, like mine, must be "different." With Rosa on the line, Lee made several promises, including sending me an email with a discount for my next booking and a few other amenities. So far, NOTHING has arrived in my email. Silence on their end... So BUYERS, LOOK AT THE PICTURES, and decide for yourselves. Note: The driver, Shawneque, was professional in every way. My request for a "family car" to seat 10 family members were requested. We received a stretch party Limo or some hummer wanna be. I stressed this was for my 81 yr old mother's Memorial Service. Sadly, we were picked up in a filthy, non working 100% air conditioner. My daughter in law's black dress had glitter on it from the seat. We hired Cowboys Limousine for my Son and his friends for High School Prom. Alma was great from the start and answered all my questions and was great with handling last minute itinerary changes the kids wanted to make. Their Driver was Elijah and they said he was awesome! If i could give a negative star I would. My wedding was August 22,2020. I rented the Hummer, which looked like they just got out the junk yard. Charles was our driver. He shows up 5 minutes late. There was absolutely NO AC! It's August and hot! His driving was horrible. After our ceremony we go to the Stockyards to take pictures. Took about an hour. When we get back to the limo , Charles is passed out. My groomsmen had to bang on the window to wake him up and unlock the limo. Next, one of my bridesmaids was getting into the limo and the limo starts taking off work no driver in the front. Charles went and got in pressed the brakes and my bridesmaid fell inside the limo and busted her knee. I have been going back and forth for refund. Lee who is the "manager " said if I didn't report them to the tdlr he would give me my full refund. Well, now they want to give me a credit instead of my refund. Cowboys Limousine has to be the very WORST company with the WORST customer service and the WORST rentals. DO NOT USE. Recently my friends and I pitched in $850 to rent a hummer limo to have the time of our lives at prom. The bus driver was 50 minutes late to picking us up and we had to stand on the side of a service road to flag down the driver. So we missed an hour of our prom. Once we got in, we were extremly smushed due to the small space we had. The company said the limo can fit 20 people well....... they must have meant 15. The air conditioning was apparently on full blast but left us all dripping in sweat making it miserable for us dance or enjoy our ride over, we rolled down a window to help but only one window because the other one wouldn't roll down. A friend of mine said "boyyy can we please have the ac turned on?" The driver rolled down the window and went off on all of us. I assured him he didnt mean it like that but would like some more air. Well at least we can listen to a good play list we thought... yea no, the radios knob was missing and made it impossible to change the volume so we used our phone to control the volume. But it doesnt stop there, the speakers must have been blown because we were unable to turn the music up loud without the nasty static sound. Oh wait it gets better the lights dont work!!! We rode to prom late, sweaty, upset, and smushed in a disfunctional limo we paid $850 for. When we were dropped off, he dropped us off at the wrong building and drove off so we had to walk to the entrance. When we were ready to leave, I called him and let him know, well unlike all the other buses/limos ours had left and it took him 20 minutes to come get us! Unfortantly, we drove home with a group of 10 people because the other half was so miserable with their ride due to this poor service. I am now getting backlash due to their response for a well desired refund. After all was said and done the annoying lady on the phone made matters worst by stated that because we would like a refund for the service " IT LOOKS TO ME YALL ARE TRYING TO GET A SERVICE FOR FREE" and in response to the 'boy' comment she assured us that being called boy is eqevalent to being called the 'N' word and she hung up on us. It took TWO WEEKS for the owner to call us about the matter late at 9 PM and we recieved the same horrible service and disrespect. The owner Erica refused to refund us and would only offer a $140 credit for the time we were late and told me she checked all of the other issues and they are fine and she will not refund for their low quality. $140 does not come close to what we lost, we had a horrible experience and with this small credit I would only be able to give $7 back to all of my upset friends. This has been the worst service that our family ya ever received. A party bus was paid for nd when they showed up it was the dirties bus that I have ever seen. This company didn't even have the decency to wash the bus! There was mud all around the bus, inside it was disgusting. Starting from the entrance, bottle of oil were there, dirt everywhere, you could do drawings from all the dust accumulated all around the bus, the cups were dirty, the tile was broken. When my mom called the company they told her that they sent the bus that she paid for to someone else and this was the only bus they had! They only offer to either give money back or give the party bus we wanted another day. Being my sister 15 they really thought that the offer was acceptable? What kind of business is this that they don't organize things well and thing that they can send a bus to someone in that condition? The bus was hot! And as the driver stated "it has A/C but it does not blow much in the back so it get hot" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? what kind of maintenance does this company do to their bus?!? NONE AT ALL, the windows had TAPE on them to hold them!!! This has got to be the worst company that we have came across. My sisters start of her party was ruined! We proceeded to rent another bus from a different company, this cause a 2 hour delay, this caused for my sister to not go with her friends to take pictures before her party, instead of going according to plan and instead of going to ride around to downtown she is had to go straight to the church! We will be suing this company, and they will be reported to the BBB, hopefully this will force them to ensure that maintenance is done IN ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES so that they don't continue to ruin other families events. read more
