Booking process wasn't the best but their rates were competitive/cheaper than the others I priced. I didn't love the fact that I had to give my credit card over the phone and then email a picture of my credit card to them along with pictures of my driver license. I needed to hire a car to transport my husband and mother-in-law to the airport after the loss of a loved one. It was during an ice storm, flights were being canceled left and right and we were very upset. The owner spoke to me and took his time to explain rates and information in addition to contingency plans because of the weather. He took the time to make sure that I understood the plan and answered all my questions. I let the driver know the situation and my husband said that he handled himself professionally and expressed condolences for our family's loss. Another limo company completely flaked on us the day before Mother's Day so we were without a limo. I found Alliance on Yelp and called early Sunday morning. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate our party of 12! Our driver Anton J showed up on time and greeted us with a warm smile. He had all the buckets filled with ice, water and soda. The limo was clean and had Bluetooth so we could play our favorite playlist. I also appreciate all the updates via text on when the driver was on his way and when he arrived. This company is so professional and they really take care of their customers. I'll use them again if I need a limo service company in the Dallas area. Used Alliance Limousines to and from DFW for our vacation to Europe. They picked us up on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. For our return flight they monitor the flight. Since we were arriving on a international flight they told us they would be there 45 minutes after we landed. Our flight was late and the driver was waiting for us when we landed. I recently attended the Taylor Swift concert in Dallas and 4 days before I decided to get a car service instead of dealing with ride share. Even though it was last minute Jeff was able to accommodate me with a car and the price was more reasonable than the other 8 companies I had called previously. Alliance is farther in on the google links (maybe 6 or 7) so they don't come up as quickly as the other companies but I urge you to use them as they are so great to deal with. Our driver, Treasure, was a first timer to the stadium but had no trouble getting us there and communicated easily afterwards to find him at our designated pick up spot. He was a great driver and highly recommend him as well. If I am ever in Dallas again, I will definitely use Alliance Limousine. read more
