It was white-knuckle experience from the get-go. Definitely will NOT call them AGAIN. I paid a deposit upon rental of two 30 passenger luxury busses. I followed up before the event and sent him our full day's itinerary, for we needed the vans from noon till almost 11pm. I received all my receipts and invoice without hesitation. Prior to the drivers arriving the day of the event, Jack was in communication with me and he followed up during the day to ensure everything was to our liking. Our group had a blast. They are prompt, easy to coordinate with & have some of the best vehicles on the road. As a treat we used to take their stretch limos to DFW airport to embark on a trip to a favorite resort in Mexico or on a cruise. We would enjoy a bottle of cold champagne with cheese & crackers on the 40 min drive over there. We loved to start our vacations as soon as possible! Although we still drink champagne we have scaled down our transportation to their luxurious black Lincoln Navigator. The drivers always contact us with their ETA when they're on their way & are always on time & polite. We probably hire them twice a year for trips to the airport & couldn't be happier with their level of service.
