Riley is the worst employee here. When you call and ask who is working, her reply, "the person who answered the phone". I go here alot and she is slow and not very customer friendly. seems like she doesn't like her job. This isn't the first time I have had bad customer service from her. But it is the last time. We pulled up in a diesel truck that is loud. No one seemed to be there. We waited, another car pulled up. She go's to the other car. Ignored us. So we drove off. My favorite is the Hot French Kiss - sweet with a hint of cinnamon and smooth espresso- none of that burnt flavor of Starbucks drinks! I've been here quite a few times. Everyone is always friendly and the coffee is great! My kids love it too!

I really really want to like this place. I've been here 5 times over the past 3 years, and it's just bad. The simple reason is their coffee, it is always burned. They over steam the milk resulting in scalding. Combine the burnt milk with the fact they use less espresso shots per drink than other shops and more syrup, you end up with a really weak, burnt, over flavored terrible drink. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes they are grumpy and other times fine. The drive through convenience is cool and they are moderately quick. Yet, after all that you are stuck with a literally undrinkable cup of something. I really wish this place was good, it would be a place I would frequent if it was. read more

So many great reviews here, I genuinely feel bad for giving them 2 stars. Ive gone here 3 or 4 times. The barista who helped me each time seemed grumpy and wasn't very friendly. The latte I ordered the first few times was "meh." I think it's ridiculous you have to pay extra if you want two shots of espresso. I went again today and it was terrible. Along with the less than enthusiastic service, the caramel latte I got was straight up BURNT. It seemed to have about 23 pumps of syrup, and the espresso tasted awful. Really bummed because this place is so close to my house. read more

I love this place and the convenience of it. The staff has always been friendly. Tho I tend to come later in the morning, so maybe it's a different group of staff? No one has ever been grumpy. I've only got cold drinks, but they are very flavorful. Never burnt tasting and not overly coffee tasting like some shops. I do not like super strong coffee. When I need more of a bump, I get an extra shot, and it's still very good without and overpowering bitter taste. I definitely recommend my friends to go. read more
